The cleanliness was not there: some "brown" stains on the walls. The bathroom had an awful smell. Some mattress were smaller than the bed frames itself (in the bunk bed but also in the adult beds), my kid was constantly falling in between the bunk bed frame and the mattress - waking us up at night.

Size of the room ( 2 children and 2 adults in one room) and still enough room to spare. Location, close to the metro station. No noisy at all for a hostel.

No sheets available for two of our beds. Dirty curtains, with a red/brown stain (looked like blood) Washer and dryer which was advertised was not available The charging ports were broken Window was open to the room upon arrival Long wait for check in Had to walk outside to get to our rooms because elevator was broken

The layout of the building was a bit confusing. Its quite a big building and we had to scout a bit for our room

The hotel/hostel was good priced. It has vending machines and dispensers. Private parking was behind a ramp. Safety of our car was never a concern. The S-bahn station is very close and well connected. There is also a bar and offer some food. Easy check-out

but upon arrival staff was quite unfriendly (and there wasn’t a big queue at the reception, they weren’t busy at the moment, so it’s an honest answer), I feel like I had to ask them all the questions, like they didn’t explain anything about the room location, elevator, that it’s in another building etc, they could at least say 1-2 sentences and it would feel different, more welcoming

I stayed there for two nights. It was supposed to be a double room, but they gave me dorm. The whole dorm was assigned to me, but it was ´not what we booked. Maybe due to Oktoberfest rushtime! The button to call the lift from 4th floor was broken, so I had to take stairs with my luggage.

The location was good, close to the train station. A few restaurants were closeby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Having the possibility of parking on site was a good thing. Although I believe, given the cost of the room, parking at 15€/day could have been a little cheaper (although it was cheaper than parking in a multi-story car park).

This is a hostel, so we cannot compare it to an entire apartment or a hotel. However given we were travelling as family of four, we appreciated being able to secure a family room (double bed and bunk beds). And given we had an issue with our planned first night's accommodation in Berlin, the effort that staff went to in securing us the family room for an additional night in Munich was very much appreciated. Also, while we only had breakfast once, the variety was good - there's something for everyone to get a great start to the day.

There are no lockers in the room! At all! If i wanted to live something valuable in the room, i have no guarantees of it safety. There are also 2 beds that stand one next to another, for 2 different people who are basically forced to share it. Thanks god i came relatively early so i could choice the bed... but in pick season if you are going to check in late - thats not something I would like to expirience.

The shower is private. Something really appriciated for hostel in germany.

There is a railway nearby, but in October it is cool, and with the windows closed the noise is almost inaudible. In summer it will be noisy when the windows are open

Pleasant reception staff, comfortable beds, it was almost clean.We booked and paid for two rooms at once. Everything is fine with the first room, why was the second room not booked in the system, although our payment went through. The guy at the reception very quickly solved the problem in 5 minutes and gave us an even larger room than we booked.
