The bed wasn't confy at all, I booked 3 beds in 4 bedroom bed, and they send us the fourt person in the room at 12 AM, sleep now if you can😴😂

No water during rush hours. It happened once in the evening and once in the morning, the other days were OK. Tiny room, no wardrobe.

The location (on the bad side). So noisy at night, the train station is in front of and you will hear the speakers and trains all night long. Not recommended if you are a "light sleeper". No kitchen

Good facilities for the price. Good for staying the night and visiting Aachen. Probably one day is more than enough to tour this great and historic city. The location is in front of the train station, which is good and bad at the same time. On the good site, the hostel is just one block away from Aachen hbf.

Communal bathroom downstairs in the lobby wasn’t very clean at all, but the one in the room was very clean so not all bad.

Next to the train station, so great location. It was noisy, you could hear the trains all night but you can’t stay that close and not expect to hear them! Beds were comfy and the staff were nice.

The room became very hot during the day and the windows don't open very wide to allow it to cool down. You need to pay extra for a towel. There was a long queue when we arrived at 3pm, but there was only one person at reception. We asked for a parking space before we arrived, but there wasn't one available when we turned up.

The hostel is in a very convenient location which means you can walk to many areas in Aachen. The train station is nearby and the trains can be heard from the rooms, which we enjoyed! The bunk beds were fine with an individual reading light and USB charging socket.

The footholds for access to the top bunk in my dorm were very uncomfortable in bare feet.

Good location, close to the main railway station and not too far from the old town. Decent, ensuite 4-bed dorm. Basic, but secure, clean and good value for the (low), price paid.

Very bad Noise insulation. The hotel is between a busy street and Aachen train station so you get bothered by the vehicles passing around. I had issues sleeping well.

Not very clean. Because station is very close and I needed to open the window in summer, I could hear the announcement in the station even in midnight.

There is no AC in the room, you had to pay for dental kit. The receptionist during check-in said that the paid parking is indoor when I have asked if the parking is indoor or outdoor. This is a bit misleading.

The receptionists and the breakfast staffs are kind and helpful!

Well Idk. There is this plus and minus about being near the central station. I could hear the train and also the announcements real good. It was like I was there. In the station. I still could sleep just fine tho. Not a big deal.

It's perfect. I mean with the price. The place is also near train station. I can just walk to the train station and start going places in less then an hour. Cologne, Düsseldorf, Duisburg even Maastrict. I got food just in front of the train station. Döner (It's not the only place to get food, but I have no choice with my poor-ass and want to spare money for other things that I want to buy) The receptionist was also so nice.
