You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomInside the hotel is a bit of a maze, probably because it might have been expanded using neighbouring houses. They have a lift, but if you have mobility problems, contact them upfront to make sure that your room does not have additional stairs up or down to reach it.
The hotel location is superb, right in the middle of Litomysl. The building is part of an old town house, you can see the well-worn stone steps, but the rooms are fully renovated and have interesting spa facilities inside some of the rooms themselves. Food is very good, but check if the restaurant is open the day of your arrival. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Czech RepublicOnly thing was, that the room did not have any fridge. When we wanted to grab some drinks to the room, we needed to go to the reception and ask the receptionist. In most of the hotels, there are beverages on the hotel room and they will ask you at the end of your stay, whether you ate/drank something from the room and they will charge you
The staff was so nice. The hotel itself was very authentic and beautiful. The location of the hotel is right on the main square, which provides everything you would need in just a few steps.

Breakfast was great, mixture of hot and cold buffet, juices, teas and coffees - we needed to check out early to make our Eurotunnel booking so they provided a take away for us so we didn't miss out.

Czech RepublicSince sauna was one of the reasons I chose the hotel in the first place, when it was not available for the whole evening with no information in advance or alternative offered, I was quite disappointed. Also, the breakfast offer was poor.
The third floor terrace offers a spectacular view over the town (tip: go there at sunset). The hotel is situated right in the old town, very close to the castle. The receptionist were kind to help us with our requests.
