When I booked, the price on the website was €205 and when they withdrew the money, it was €225. The food was ok, but the pool was only for beauty, it could not be used. The TV in the room had no cables or remote control. The door at the entrance to our room wouldn't open at all, and in our friends' room, it creaked very loudly. The beds are very hard, and when I arrived, I found a screw in the bed.

I picked this hotel based on having a swimming pool. Then i asked about opening hours of the pool and they told me I won’t make it, because the pool is not heated yet. It should be written down on the hotel listing, or they should remove swimming pool from the facility in the period when the pool is not available.

When I booked the hotel the currency was in Danish kroner, but when the money withdraw from my account, it's changed to Cze currency and the hotel used the FIXED EXCHANGE rate. So for sure you'll pay more price than the one it's offered. Check out time was : 10 AM

I really liked the fact that the room is big enough, the people, working there are friendly, the metro station is pretty close. The food - there was a variaty. There is also a pool in the hotel ans a terace where you can have your bfeakfast. Everything around is green. Ypu feel as if you are in the country side, but it's still 15 min ride away from the centre with the metro.

1) They withdraw CZK from your cedit card and their fixed rate is 27,50 CZK for 1 Euro. However, this is not a fair exchage rate. So, they withdraw a bit more than book.com says due to this high exchange rate. Keep in mind this. 2) They want to charge everything. I wanted to have hot water from the restaurant. The lady said I could get a coffee from the coffee machine in the restaurant.. After I got the coffe, I asked whether they would charge two cups of coffee and they said NO. However, while checking out, they charged me for the coffee. That was not nice. 3) There weren't any hotel slippers and kettle in the room. After I paid for the coffee, I understood why they did not povide kettle.

The breakfast was very good. The recepcionist was helpful. The room was clean. Location is also good.

I paid for a room with a double bed. The bed was smaller than a childs single bed?! The duvet was thin and there was no spare. The room was bare There was no kettle in room to make own drink

Unfortunately, I was put in a room very close to the the check-in counter and the stairs so I couldn't get much sleep. I could hear everything. I tried asking for a different room but they were apparently all booked.

Our family room was very small and uncomfortable for 4 people. We looked very much forward to the indoor pool, but were very disappointed as it was ice cold. No hot water in the pool changing room/shower. Breakfast was also disappointing and seemed stale and unfresh and was rarely refilled. On the last day it looked like there was mold on some of the bread.

They HAVE FIXED EXCHANGE RATE. AND THIS IS WRITTEN NOWHERE on Booking.com. The property exchange rate is very disadvantageous. They have a price on Booking.com in Euros, but they use their own currency with their own exchange rate. The room was small.

They have a price on Booking.com for their rooms and they use their own currency. Of course there's no problem with the companies using their local currency. But the problem is that they HAVE FIXED EXCHANGE RATE. AND THIS IS WRITTEN NOWHERE in Booking.com. So Non-CZK currencies, please WATCH OUT! You will end up having more amount of money deducted from your account due to their FIXED RATE. In my experience, 1 EUR was 23.525 CZK on my booking day and my booking room price was 255€ at that time. But since they have FIXED RATE (and later you will learn it's 1 EUR = 26 CZK after they witthdraw the money from your card/bank account), they do the math according to their exchange rate and they convert 255€ to CZK and they find the number 6630 CZK. However, in reality, if you do the match according to normal, dynamic exchange rate 6630 CZK is not EQUAL to 255€, it's equal to 281,82€. So there's 26€ rip-off there due to their fixed rate nonsense. This is relatively expensive, especially when you consider the fact that you can find better hotels which are closer to city center. Also, the facility in their rooms are really, really old and this is really bad when it comes to bed. Because you don't have a good sense of rest and a good quality of sleep. Avoid this hotel at all cost P.S: Now I see that Hotel replied to my review claiming that they deducted the money because I arrived in late blah blah. Please don't lie to the people here. The difference I talk about here happens because of YOUR NONSENSE FIXED RATE not because of additional fees like late arrivals. Please UNDERSTAND IT FINALLY. You already admitted that your rate is fixed at 26 CZK. THAT'S THE PROBLEM NOTHING ELSE. And I see that from other reviews, I see that I'm not the only who was ripped off because of that. So people need to watch out when they pay for your hotel... Thanks to Booking.

The only thing I like is the staff. I always see smiling personnel when I go to have my breakfast. I was also greeted warm during my arrival although it was a little bit late.
