The external could do with a bit of renovation but it was irrelevant to us.

Excellent hotel recently refurbished. Everything is brand new inside, the beds are extremely comfy and the room was excellently clean! Also, the provide a high quality buffet breakfast. We had a great stay at this hotel!

It is hard to say something negative about the hotel but if there is one thing, paid parking with limited space would be it. Hotel is far from city center and it is logical to assume that people will arrive with their cars and that they will use those cars to move around the city. Maybe more parking spaces and free parking considering the hotels location would be a better option. I saw that there is some 2nd parking behind the hotel, but we didn't see it and I cannot comment on it.

We booked this accommodation during Game Access conference at the Brno Exhibition Centre. If you are traveling there for any of the conferences, this is a great place to stay. Nice breakfast, very nice staff and comfortable rooms. Our room was at the 10th floor and we had a lovely panoramic view of the city from our balcony. Bathroom is a bit small and cramped but it is clean and it has all what you need. Paid parking is just in front of the hotel. It is a bit small for the number of rooms, but we had luck to get empty parking in our arrival.

The "breakfast to go" feature. Had to check out early in the morning so, this feature of the hotel (which I never came across before in other hotels) was very considerate. Also the 10th floor renovated rooms are very good! Very comfy beds and pillows

The hotel, staff, place and enviroment - everything was perfect! Breakfast - everyone will find some thing what they want, many things to choose from. Staff - super pleasant, friendly and polite. The hotel and the room - super clean, comfortable. Excellent, if i will ever be in Brno i know where i will stay.

Breakfast could have been with more options for vegeterians, but it’s just my personal opinion. They had many different usual options.

Perfect location if you are visiting the Brno Fair venue that is just across the street. The tram station is also very close.

Big queues at the coffee machines during breakfast. One (out of two) machines malfuctioned and the barista (3rd coffee spot) went to fix it, making the queues even longer, as the three coffee stations were reduced to one and the waiting time to get a coffee was close to 15 mins.

Pet friendly hotel, with a welcoming gift for the puppy. Very polite stuff. Big and clean room, very nice matresses, great sleep. Nice restaurant.

The water in the shower kept changing from very hot to very cold, it was very annoying to shower like that. They were out of shower caps completly. Also there is no room service at all in the hotel.

We chose the executive suite on the 9th floot, nice view, it is huge, very comfortable, clean, comfortable beds, very nice. Very good breakfast with a lot of variety, staff was very nice and curtious, location was good, central area, we were with a car, when the hotel was with less guests we could use their front parking area with no charge, so that was nice, the other times we parked on the street nearby. Overall experience was very good, we enjoyed our stay there.

The downsize was shower drain which was almost completely blocked and a hair I found on one of the new towels.

Amazing hotel! The room was huge and so comfortable! 2 adults and a 6 yr old, the room was HUGE. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms lovely. The breakfast was amazing, my daughter could've stayed there all day! Super friendly staff. Excellent.

The breakfast was excellent, the restaurant itself was spacious and the variety of dishes was great. The location was also fine, about 2 km from the centre and about 20 min by foot. The staff was very helpful and friendly, so we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel

I had to spend some time to find a parking space on the street because hotel’s parking was full.
