Everything was fine, the Villa was clean, the breakfast was great and there was no noise in the night. The owner was very polite and I will come back again in the future.

The breakfast was very tasty, especially the baguettes from the local bakery. The view into the garden from the breakfast room was amazing. The personnel was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. All facilities were clean and we felt like at home.

The facility was really clean and neat. The host of the hotel was great easily reachable, and breakfast was really good. The buses and tram station were close by, also has a super market across the street.

Nice, clean and comfortable accommodation in a quiet part of Prague, close to public transport. The host Roman is very kind, communicative, always ready to meet various requests of guests. The only complaint, or rather advice, is that he should think about getting a self-service espresso machine, so that we don't bother him to make us coffee early in the morning :)

absolutely fantastic, Roman, the owner, is a great person: very friendly, open and helpful, the breakfast was king size and tasty, location is perfect, garage included, spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Close to bus stops and metro station. Some good and affordable restaurants around with excellent Czech beer. HIGHLY recommended for business or family stays.

The hotel is located at a convenient place to reach by car close to good connections to the town centre. Rooms are well equipped, modern and clean. Excellent breakfast, lovely garden. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

We liked everything, starting from the location in a very quiet residential neighborhood, to the owner who turned all our desires into reality. Room was cozy and spacious, very clean and had all we needed. We also received welcome fruits and water and the owner Roman recommended great nearby restaurants. Sparkling clean and felt like home. The entire experience was great!

Extremely loud other guests (2 male voices) came home every night between 3-5 a.m. (nights of 8,9th April) , so loud that everyone had to awaken. They lived on 3rd floor, I never saw them, but heard them. If owner reads this: Please if you noticed two men kind of tired and exhausted, loud voices, at breakfast, please make sure they never get there again.

Service top, very kind and providing us with mineral water and fruits, fresh towels, good quality furniture. Top breakfast.

Lovely villa on a hill in Prague. Room was exceptionay clean, as was the dining room and the outdoors. Beautiful garden to spend some time in nature. Very friendly host, always willing to help. Garage was really useful.

Everyone was really nice! The Hotel/Villa and around looks beautiful. The owner is such a nice and kind person you can always talk to. The hotel room is very clean and looks good. The beds are really comfortable. You get fresh water bottles everydayand fruits for welcome. The breakfast was really good too. For the price it was an awesome stay. We will definitely come again.

The owner was fantastic he accommodated any request and provided a map and places that were a must to see. Our first time there, but it exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend this to anyone!! Roman is a fantastic host and went above and beyond during our stay. The place is beautiful and the gardens are relaxing. We even had a garage park for our rental vehicle. Love this place!!! Beds are fantastic and the shower and amenities were superb. You must try his special eggs in the morning, they were exceptional!!
