The hotel is a nice typical villa in a very quite area. Free parking. Rooms with lot's of space, comfortable bed and very clean. In my room there was also an espresso machine with many espresso capsules! Nice breakfast

Some of the dedicated parking spaces were difficult to use with a larger car.

I would definitely recommend this accommodation. The Villa has a great location in a quiet street not far from the center. The apartment was nice and spacy. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfasts.

We loved everything.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Villa Marion. Everything went smoothly starting with the communication with David ( the owner) prior to our arrival. Self checking in was a breeze thanks to the detailed explanation we got in a text message from David. There was a place to park our car under the carport on the property. The villa itself including our apartment was very clean and beautifully appointed with quality wooden furniture. The apartment was spacious, with large shower cabin, kitchen with the small fridge, microwave, electric stove, some pots, pans, dishes, things you’d need to prepare simple meals. Bed was comfortable. There was a large fan that really cooled off the space on somewhat hot day. From one of the two balconies we had in our apartment we could see a small pond in the woods across the street. We also had an access to the shared porch with relaxing swing. Breakfast was a buffet style with quality food: eggs, bacon, breads, fresh fruit and my favorite oranges and citrus juicer, so you could make your own fresh orange juice. The owner is very personable and interesting to talk with and staff is helpful and friendly.

Urine smell from the toilet + falling off seat, ancient toilet brush; some hair found here and there; stinky dusty grey-ish carpet in the living room; crazy humidity in the apartment and cold during the nights; super damaged sofa which shouldn't be suggested to the guests anymore, not in a accommodation highly rated as villa Marion; all the pillows and the bed mattress are very uncomfortable, unfortunately; shower is leaking to the bathroom floor; squeaky door handle to the bathroom should be changed or maintained; light over the mirror in the bathroom doesn't work; would be nice to have several bins in the apartment for the separate waste collection. Maybe just the ground floor apartment is in this sad condition.
