Excellent staff , friend,y and informative. We received an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice . Secure parking in the courtyard for our motorbike and cars. Bar available in the evening for a nightcap. Easy to walk to old town , river, castle and shopping centre. Highly recommend.

Loved the spacious and very clean room. Beautiful views onto the patio. Breakfast was very good and the location was ideal, everything within walking distance and also close to public transport.

Super comfortable room. Decent size for a single. Really liked having the air con. Bed was super comfy- pillows, bedding, soft mattress. Nice big bathroom. Everything was super clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I couldn't get the water as hot as I liked, but I did not ask about it until I commented as I was leaving. The staff member told me that they could have addressed the issue if I had asked.

Excellent value. The room was very large with three big windows. Breakfast was good. Everyone was very friendly.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. A lovely building with history. Great location, a quiet street but just round the corner of the hustle and bustle of the old square. The staff were fabulous, nothing to much trouble, so polite and helpful. Breakfasts amazing choice. One of the best hotels we have stayed at.

This is our 2nd time at Unitas Hotel Prague. Best location. Spacious large rooms. Outstanding breakfast. The staff is super friendly. Spacial thanks to the dining room ladies, that were extremely welcoming and nice. This is clearly our choice in Prague.

Large, beautifully set up apartment in an old convent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy walking to river and Charles Bridge. Not far from many good restaurants and cafes.

The hotel’s location was perfect! Walking distance to everything! The room was very clean and the bed was comfy! The breakfast buffet was lovely! The staff was friendly and helpful! I also liked that secure parking was on site!

Nothing. Just that carpet at the entrance a bit smelly.

Room got upgraded. Nice sleeping environment (I have sleeping issue) so I managed to sleep well. Some snacks at lobby 4-6pm (though I din eat) is nice. Love to sit at lobby. Very comfy. Cafe Louve just nearby.Easy to find food.

This historic hotel is beautifully maintained in a calm yet popular area of Prague. The staff goes above and beyond to make the guests feel welcomed and comfortable. This hotel for the price went far beyond my expectations, a perfect stay.

My main annoyance was the old style keys to the room with a big, bulky keychain which doesn't fit in your pocket. In addition, if you come back relatively late at night (after 1:00) the gate might be closed and you need to call the reception.

Spacious, clean room with all the facilities I needed. The location also couldn't be better: walking distance from any Old Town attractions, yet very quiet. Great bars for the night out are also just a quick walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped to get me an iron, print my ticket, give recommendations for how to get around the city, it really felt like they cared about ensuring a great experience.
