Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff are so pleasant and kind. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was delicious. Centrally located so a short 10-20 minute walk will bring you to most of the major Prague sites.

TurkeyIt was my second visit to Prague. We have made wonderful memories in this beautiful hotel that reflects the spirit of the city. First of all, we would like to thank them for upgrading our room. It turned out that we should have stayed in the family room. It was very comfortable. It was the first time I used a hotel's towels, they were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very sufficient, having breakfast at the hotel every morning and leaving saved us a few hours. There was a very cute Montessori playground for children, which also caught our son's attention. The location was within walking distance of the central places. The fact that it was close to the tram was a lifesaver on rainy days.

United StatesWe loved this hotel. It has character and charm. It was located in Old Town Prague and short walk to the Astronomical Clock as well as shopping, dining, and Old Town Square. Within Old Town Square, there were many options for local tours. Even though the breakfast wasn't included, it was definitely one of the best breakfast buffets accommodating many cultural styles for tourists. The staff were exceptional and very friendly.

Location is perfect. Central to all Landmarks. Hotel is clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Situated opposite in a safe location for lone travellers, I felt really safe. A member of staff always on the front desk. I arrived to a lovely greeting and a glass of bubbles. They kindly upgraded my room to a suit. Fantastic room/suit, comfortable bed and pillows. Everything you need. I would recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay there again. I had a wonderful 3 days in Prague.

Everything was great. We were greeted with champagne when we arrived. We were upgraded to a suite. It was a very spacious, clean and nice room. The location was convenient and quiet, yet close to everything. Parking was convenient in the courtyard. Breakfast was delicious. Hot dishes changed daily. Staff was friendly.

I stayed in Unitas hotel 7 years ago as a solo traveller, it was good. Therefore this time I chose to stay here again with my husband and my parents. It is located very close to all sightseeing attractions, almost walkable to everywhere. The hotel is absolutely clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast has quite good variety and changes everyday. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Mr Ivan gave us a lot of good tips and recommendations for local food, sightseeing route, etc. He greeted my parents who cannot speak English in Chinese which made him feel warm like at home. Mr Denis is also very helpful. Last but not least, one day I left two of my rings in the room, they were sitting right on the bedside table. I was a bit worried but when I got there, the room was made but my rings were untouched. Unitas made me feel safe, comfortable and relaxed, just like 7 years ago. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Prague. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.
