The colour scheme was dull, dark brown. Just in my opinion. Despite the double glazing you could hear the rumble of cars across the cobble stones early in the morning.

The location was excellent. Close to the castle, some small bars and restaurants plus efficient transport to other parts of the city. Trams are free for the over 65s. The complementary wine, water and coffee pods were a bonus.Plus small kitchen and a fridge in the room.

Easy check in/out. Spacious and clean room and also bathroom. The apparment was on the third floor with wonderful view to the castle (the building has elevator). The location is also super - walking distance to sightseeings, bars, restaurants, shops. Can only recommend

The lady on the check in explained everything and was very nice(forgot her name). Gentleman on Sunday day( again I forgot the name)- friendly and helpful, especially when I spilled the coffee all over the main door🤦🏼‍♀️🤣Marianna (Monday)was absolutely amazing 😍 very chatty and helpful. Definitely coming back! I can only say that the staff exceeded our expectations with wonderful and amazing customer service! We had our room in the apartment, it was approx 200m, very close, reception in the hotel was available 24/7, breakfast room small but cosy, variety of options for breakfast - definitely we made a good decision to add breakfast. Walking distance to the tram stop if anyone needs it, we didn't. We walked everywhere. We found a hidden spot-museum of alchemist - definitely go there!

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The check-in and check-out are done at another hotel nearby, meaning you have to drag your heavy suitcases over cobblestone streets for a couple of extra minutes- and I did not see any information about this while booking.

Spacious room, excellent location. Great wifi. Can leave luggage with the hotel even after check-in.

there are Ireland and USA embassies front of and territory is secured more than everything. building has smart lock and lift cabin. there is clean sharing kitchen. apartment is very comfortable and clean with great view on the street(i think kitchen has more beautiful view than apartment :d) apartment has also everyday cleaning service💖

My biggest issue was the heat in the room. No air conditioning. Would come back to stay in cooler times but the sun had been very hot all day and was very difficult to get any air in the room at night to cool it down. There is a freestanding fan in the corner which helped a little but didn’t get much sleep at all. Bathroom showerhead didn’t stay up. Keys to room weren’t in the door as expected so had to get staff member to open for me. He was very helpful though

Good location and price. Friendly staff at check in who was very helpful. You can store your bags whilst you wait for check in. Room was well appointed with beds, chairs and TV. Plenty of room for storage.

In the facility description there is information about available parking, but there's apparently not enough parking places, so even though one books a room, there seems to be no guarantee of being able to use the hotel parking. Eventually I decided to change my travel mode and travel by bus instead of driving, which is fine and turned out to be the better option, but i might've preferred to be aware of the fact before booking,

Great location for citywalks, central location with lots of peace and quiet at the same time. Easy walking distance to any tourist attraction. You don't even need public transport.
