Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A lovely spot near the centre of Telc, and very well equipped with a small kitchen, spacious lounge and and nice rooms. Michael, the host, is very kind and welcoming - it was bad weather when I was there and he gave me a lift to the supermarket and to the train station. One of the most comfortable places I've stayed while travelling in Czechia. Very good value.

My wife and I were a bit confused where to enter at first, but a kind lady at a nearby shop across the street told us where to ring the doorbell. The owner's dogs also came out to greet us, but don't worry, they are super friendly as well, and are only barking because they are happy to see new people! They only take cash, not card, which my wife and I didn't know. However, the man was very understanding and told us where the closest ATM was. He made sure we were settled in first before we headed out to get the cash. The room was very charming, comfortable, and came with a nice modern style bathroom. Spacious kitchen area downstairs, with complimentary tea, microwave, and stove. Plenty of seats and tables for the guests. Also, they have a living room style lounge upstairs with TV and sofa for all the occupants. There wasn't a TV in our room itself, which was fine, since my wife and I could use their WiFi on our laptop. Some people may find the place too old fashion, but for the very cheap price it exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort! We would love to stay here again on future visits! There was nothing we didn't like. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay and are on a budget, this is a great choice! It's near the town center, so you're not far from food and sight seeing in the charming town of Telc!

Czech RepublicI would have appreciated one more towel and newer pillows, the filling was shreaded and not very comfortable (which is still better than overfilled though).
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place is very near the historical centre (not exactly there but less than 10 minutes walk from there), feels partly like a village house. Very calm and quiet. Room was very simple but sufficient and clean, with a nice view into the trees.

A wonderful place to stay: I only wish I'd been able to stay longer. Such friendly and kind hosts - they speak enough English that we managed to get by. Michael was kind enough to give me a lift to the railway station when I left. There is a sitting area and a kitchen, with a lovely area outside too. It was really peaceful at night, too. Telc is a lovely place with some great walks.
