Great hotel in the centre of the Old Town . I was in Prague for eye surgery but made the most of my spare time discovering the beautiful city. The main square is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and 5 minute from Charles Bridge. Pete

The attitude of the staff, I asked for coffee for my room and they told me I was staying in an apartment not a hotel - when I pressed for more coffee they made me one then wanted me to pay for it! They were rude and only friendly when a "tip" was involved. Trash collection happened one of the 4 nights I stayed in the hotel.

Location was perfect, the room was large with high ceilings, easy access to food and drink down stairs, great menu on offer.

The location of this property is everything! It’s in the heart of all the action. It also has a restaurant and the food and customer service was good. I can’t say that about the hotel. They were always flat and unfriendly. Every last one of them, as if it’s a job requirement. When making the reservation, it states that no one will be there to greet you, that’s not true, they have reception there. There were many inconsistencies that need to be addressed. I thought check out was 11am and when we checked in, we learned it is 10am. We stayed for 6 nights. The last two nights were in an upgraded room. It was much more space but the bathroom was smaller and older. Everything was clean and well maintained in both rooms. The cleaning staff was very nice. When we made the reservations, it said there would be no cleaning staff. Ok! The internet worked perfectly and so did the refrigerator and coffee pot. Would I stay there again, yes! Just be prepared for the inconsistencies. Also, the hotel had zero parking. We parked at Palladium Mall. We dropped off our luggage with the reception and they put it in a locked room thankfully and we walked back. It was not a long walk at all. The mall had five floors of goodies. I have nick named this hotel Cool For Cat, you know that song by Squeeze. Overall it’s a very cool place.

The hotel is run by a different business to the bar on the ground floor, the hotel reception team seemed very disinterested when we checked in and out, and all the times we walked through reception in between, quite a contrast to the bar team.

Room was very spacious and clean, and the location was right in the heart of the city, perfect to easily get around. Also lovely to have a full size bath too. Breakfast buffet was quite a spread, loads to choose from and all served with smile from the team.

Excellent location, 2 mns from the main square (waking distance) We took the appartement for 6 persons - very comfortable bed ; clean bathrooms (2) Simple but good breakfast close to lobby i a restaurant I suggest for family or friends visit We were there for the marathon

The only feature that did not meet my expectations was the family room we had, it was very dark with no chairs or armchairs as shown in the various pictures.

Exceptional location and staff. The room and towels were very clean. The fat cat restaurant at the ground floor is well appointed with good food and staff.

The stairs to the solo rooms and I stayed on the 3rd floor - just be prepared if you're travelling alone but the guys at the reception can carry your luggage up for you. Gets a little noisy since the bar is downstairs.

When checking-in we were met with having to pay a deposit, 50% of the booking fee, and we did not get the money back at the checkout. According to the staff it's company policy to refund the deposit after room Service checks the room. This seems like a fishy practice to me, it has been four days now and we haven't heard anything from the hotel yet.

The room was clean and spacious, but a bit worn down. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is located in the city center and tourism spots are nearby.

The area is very central which makes the surroundings very loud. Our room was facing the street so we pretty much heard everything from the street outside. So, if you're looking for a quiet place or you have a light sleep, you should ask for another room.

Nice, clean place in an old, very central building, with a spacious room and comfortable bed. The breakfast is various and tasty and they even have some parking spots which you should reserve in advance.

Room cleaning was slow/irregular.

Breakfast was good but monotonous if you're staying for ten days.

The lady at reception was rude. There was no elevator to get to our room, had to go up 2 lots of stairs with heavy suitcases. Our room was right next to the staff area and storage rooms I think. Staff would come up talking really loud and loudly closing the doors right next to our room - even early in the morning and late at night which would wake us.

The staff at the restaurant were very nice! Room was very large. Hotel in a very good location.
