The hotel’s location next to a busy road was a drawback, as the noise became disruptive in the morning, affecting my sleep quality. Additionally, it’s not within walking distance of the city center, so I had to rely on my car for any outings, which was somewhat inconvenient.

The hotel provided a very pleasant experience. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The free parking was a convenient feature, and having a reserved spot marked with my name added a personal touch that enhanced my stay. The wellness center, included in the price, offered a relaxing environment that made the stay even more enjoyable.

Parking is not properly marked first we entered to casino next to the hotel. There was no information about parking spots, but you can park everywhere where it's free.

All was great.

Everything was perfect - a true hotel experience, with clean towels and sheets whenever needed, spa included in the price, room service and all that can be good in a hotel. The staff were very helpful, even with non standard questions. The location, albeit a bit remote, was a few tram stops away from the city centre. Breakfast had everything you could want, perhaps more. Can't recommend the hotel more.

The mattress was too soft and air-conditioning too noisy. In the room was a coffee but there was no tea.

I like the space in the room and wellness area. The good thing is that entrance to wellness and breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast was delicious.

The room service menu could have a bigger selection, and the soup of the day needs to be changed more often. The mushroom soup is very delicious and great, but after two weeks, it got a little old.

It has a great location and fantastic staff, particularly Miss Eva and Miss Catherine from Reception. These two young ladies were ready to answer questions regarding the surrounding area and to make suggestions for local restaurants. The housekeeping team goes above and beyond to ensure your room is clean and ready after a long day at work. The wellness area is amazing.

I liked the environment they made there. As far as comfort is concerned, it is absolutely unique in Olomouc! There is nothing better. Beautifully done with a luxury restaurant which has a connected entrance right next door, so you don't have to walk outside, but you go directly from the room to the restaurant nice and warm.

Close to a busy street (including night traffic) plus in the evening noise probably from the bath operation from a different room. TV in our room didnt offer Netflix.

It is located well out of the city centre. Quite inconvenient if you are not traveling with a car. Also, the hotel shares the location together with a casino and famous smart dining restaurant.
