We had a really nice room with an unbelievable view. We’re so glad we stayed here and would recommend everyone to stay here when visiting. If we ever return to Prague, we would stay at this apartment again. Perfect location, really clean, perfect utilities. Couldn’t have asked for anything more :)

Unfortunately the check in process was difficult for us as it required us to provide ID online prior to checking in however the website said we could provide our drivers license and wouldn’t let us take a photo of our passport. The only acceptable ID for international guests is a passport and therefore we weren’t provided the code to check in. Staff over the phone were lovely and were very understanding of the situation which made up for it and gave the code straight away. Thank you so much again!

Very clean, lovely soap in the bathroom. Comfortable double bed overlooking a beautiful street with close cafes and all the main attractions within walking distance!

Beautiful little cozy apartment close to the city centre. Trams and underground close by, but walking is also really accessible. We didn’t even meet the staff, everything was contactless and smooth. Thank you!

Extras such as coffee pods and tea bags would have been great. No point of having a coffee machine when you don’t know as the customer which pods to buy.

The studio was amazing, cute modern and confy, the location not really in the historique center but still ok, the only thing is the communication with the staff for the contactless check in it was really complixated they are not answering and sending the info, I was waiting in front of the door waiting to have the infos .. it's a shame because its a really nice studio

Only minor things such as not having a/c. For our stay it wasn’t necessary but would have been used. Also a coffee machine/kettle was lovely but it had nothing to use with it (tea bags, coffee pods or granules).

Location was perfect within walking distance to most things. Super easy to get into property and apartment with key code. Lovely clean facilities, very spacious and well looked after. Modern bathroom with nice large shower. Lots of storage place and a useful little kitchen area.

They change towels every 5 days and no cleaning except if you pay 15euro additionally. At night this part of city is full of drunk young people shouting at 3am so you cannot sleep. No flip flops in a 4 star rated property and some coffee or tea bags would be nice to welcome you when you arrive.

The apartment is very clean and central in a nice building. Check in smooth. Comfortable bed. There is a nice kitchen.

It was hard to find the receptionist to pay the bill because the online transaction wasn’t getting through. The sign of the reception was on the door but it was open that’s why we couldn’t get it at first. We wandered around for about 20 minutes right under the nose.

Clean, bed was very comfortable, chose the attic room to experience the atmosphere and we were satisfied, liked the sticker that is one of Banksy’s art on the wall outside of the room,

Nothing I didn’t like about it , but it would be handy to have a few supplies for the kitchen such as some coffee or tea (there is a coffee machine) but you will need to get your own coffee or tea if you want a hot drink . That’s the only thing that would have been a bonus :)

The property is in a fantastic location. Very close walk to the old town centre but the location we were in was also very quiet and peaceful. The property was very clean, and nice to have a kitchen and tv. Very comfy bed. Overall excellent value for money!

The weather was very warm and AC would have been a bonus but opening the wonderful windows very quickly allowed a breeze to cool the room down, so a very minor point really.

Location was excellent, the apartment was very clean, very quiet and bright and cheerful and newly fitted out.

Heated towel rail didn’t work. That’s the only gripe.

A nice well sized apartment with excellent kitchenette and all the utensils you could need. The bathroom was large with a large shower and very good shower head. Beds were large and comfortable with memory foam pillows.
