No place to properly eat breakfast. It was OK that it was served in the room but there was no proper eating spot we ate in the bed.

Parking was available in the courtyard. Location was good near the metro, tram and buses. Food was good and interesting how you can choose what is served in your room for breakfast.

The rooms were lovely, each with a double bed and a TV, there was a dining table in one room, a spacious bathroom. It was perfect for our stay. The (included) breakfast was outstanding, lots of choices and they aren't stingy on quantity. We each had a different main course every day of our stay. There's a few really good restaurants within a couple of hundred metres of the hotel, including the quite brilliant 'Gui Lin' across the road.

The hotel is situated very close to the city centre, private and secure parking at the rear of the property,the room was clean and tidy breakfast is served at a time to suit you in the room.

I like everything, but perhaps it’s worth mentioning there was only 7 parking spaces for car so remember to book in advance.

While the concept of breakfast in the room is nice, our food was already almost completely cold on arrival. Since the parking area is quite big, I think it would have been nice to have some tables there to have breakfast outside, especially in the warm months. The parking entrance gate is _very_ narrow! If you have a bigger car, you might need someone to spot you while you drive in and out. None of these are deal breakers though - still 10/10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is very new, and looks like a lot of love and thought has been put into decorating it - it's not often that you see interiors so beautiful in hotels/apartments. The building itself is located away from the busy city center (albeit still withing walking distance) on a dead-end street, so it is very quiet - open windows at night is not a problem. Very comfy beds. Very friendly staff :)

The bottles of still water in our room tasted of salt. We ordered another 3 bottles thinking maybe it was a one off, however the other bottles we ordered also tasted of salt, so we just brought our own from a shop.

Easy to find. Very clean. Rooms were comfortable. Tablets in room to order food from was very simply and easy to use.

New hotel in older building, beds comfortable, spacious, air conditioning, large well appointed bathroom with heated floors. Lovely breakfast served in room daily. Staffed location. The location is perfect to catch metro, tram or bus in length of a block! Safe area and Billa grocery located right at metro stop. Great way to stock little fridge in room. Highly recommend this property! Best we've stayed in. Location is also quiet. We had the family suite- Two bedrooms, so great if traveling with family.

There wasn't much we didn't like, the staff at the desk was not unfriendly, very correct in their replies, but they didn't seem happy or very welcoming. Again, not unfriendly or chagrined, just a bit flat. Also I found the breakfast ok, but not great,

Very happy with our choice to stay here. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Wide range of options in the menu and it is super comfortable, that it is served in your room. Staff was super friendly and of course good location - city center is walking distance but also metro/bus stations 2min from the hotel.

This hotel exceeds expectations. The room is beautiful, breakfast was terrific and served in the room. The rooms have a balcony and are fully soundproof. Great value for money.

Needed a full length mirror in the suite!

It was spotlessly clean, smelled great and the suite was spacious, chic and well-appointed. The service was outstanding and slick (the use of the iPad to communicate with reception - who often replied within the minute - and to order breakfast was really user friendly and efficient).
