Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

Got breakfast option which was delivered to door each morning. Big room, 3 sections- bed with lounger, fridge/wardrobe/coffee, bathroom. Staff very friendly and has sauna option (extra-did not avail of). Close to underground amd not too far walk from old town. Best to get Red line one stop to hotel than walk.

We used the Wellness centre, which was probably a highlight for us, to chill out relax after travelling just magical. It’s still been talked about.

We loved our stay at the Viaduct Suites, starting with the amazing parking place in the middle of the busy city to the highly professional and friendly staff and the beautiful suite itself. We had a family room with terrace, which was well-equipped, had lots of space and very comfortable beds. We also liked the privacy of the pre-ordered breakfast being brought to our room every morning - was a nice change to the usual shared breakfast rooms. There is a wellness area, but we didn't have time to try it unfortunately.

Israelthe back streets behind the hotel, are seemingly unfriendly. some of the amenities in the room (one lamp, safe, hair dryer) were non functional and the hotel staff does not seem to check it.
The hotel is cute. located in a short walking distance from the old city square, very close to a metro station, close to the main train station and has numerous bus/trams surrounding it. the facilities are well kept, and seem more expensive that what is charged

IsraelWe liked the distance between the room and the underground which is NMT 200m. This station is one of the three cross junctions (between two lines) in Praha. it should be noticed that it is not a hotel and for us it is even better.
As a smoker it was important to me to have a room with balcony. The room was big and the balcony was big enough for my purposes.
