We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThere is a spa - but you have to book it in advance. There is a dress code in the restaurant (which is good) but they do not enforce it (we were in jacket next to peoples barefooted in shorts). We asked for their local champagne (first row in the drink list), but "it was sold out" so they suggested to buy French one with a whole bottle (not a friendly solution).
Modern and nice building. The restaurant (with the semi open kitchen) is intimate. The roof terrace has potentials (it's a pity there is no service there). The breakfast was very good.

Great location, nice wine and very clean and spacious room. Special thanks to hotel and restaurant staff who helped to organize a surprise birthday cake for my partner.

GermanyYou’re not allowed with the dogs in the simpler rooms but only in the “apartment”. Maybe right now they changed it and it’s indicated on booking, but when I was booking it wasn’t and it made some uncomfortable situation on check out. Please make it more clear with your policies with dogs…
It’s our second get away in this hotel. The hotel is above and beyond expectations, Everything is new and with a beautiful design, flowers everywhere, the wellness is the best part! Also the breakfast was amazing with lots of options (when we’ve been there first time not in the season there was no buffet so wasn’t as good as this time in the season but understandable because of very few people in the hotel not season). The Terrace on the roof top is super pretty with an amazing view. And the best part for us was that you can take your dogs, and let them out easily to the garden from the room, so also the doggies had a great time 😃. Also I would like to mention the beautiful nature around Thaya river really something special, and the quarry moskovice our favourite place in cz.

Czech Republicbeautiful place right at the edge of national park. Great location for biking. Excellent dinner, however I would recommend making a table reservation in advance even if you are a hotel guest. I would also strongly recommend going up the rooftop with a glass of wine.

Czech RepublicSome of the staff could be more forthcoming and keep us better informed- we had to ask for many things, e.g. how the wellness zone works. When we arrived we had to wait for the receptionist to come and check us in. Our room oversaw the main patio, so we needed to use the curtains at all time to to be seen. Ask for/ book a room with a view on the garden, not the patio. The restaurant food was avarage. They really should reconsider the music they play in the restaurant.
Beautiful, minimalistic and elegant premises. The room was flesh and pretty, the pillows and bed super comfy. Lovely spa area (you have to book though). The wine in the restaurant affordable. The breakfast was good and you could have it outside, too.

Czech RepublicWellness - on web site you can not find many informations so hard to see what you can expect (would be great to update). On the place you find out that there is one sauna plus hot tub and only four sunbeds which is time to time not enough as there is more people than that. Some people who came after us had no towels to borrow, so they had to go on reception and ask to add new one and there was not enough clean glasses for water
Breakfast - we really enjoyed breakfast with my wife. The selection was varied, food very tasty and you could take whatever you wanted. In winter time its located in the wine cellar Dinner - from first look one could say that prices are really high, but when you get your order then you will find out that it's totally fine as food is on really high level with great waiter who take care about you for all the time Wellness - entrance to the wellness is included in the price of the stay for an unlimited time, on reception you can get bath robe if you don't have your own and also you can borrow towel. In wellness you will find fruit which anyone can take plus water Staff - everyone was smiling and nice, willing to help with any question / request - real professionals

At the breakfast, a coffee machine could be easily operated by the guests themselves, poor lady was extremely busy with making coffee for everyone, while keeping the room clean & tidy. All with smile though - help her out! The bedroom was very cold, we had to sleep with open windows so the AC could be off.
Professional & attentive service. Great selection of varied wine. Marvelous patio. Spacious and clean rooms. Wine bottle and water gift in the fridge was a lovely touch.

THAYA vinařství is the ultimate two day trip from Prague. The facilities are modern, the food is exceptional, and the wine is delicious! Staff were super friendly and helpful which is a nice change from the usual treatment you get in the Czech Republic. There is a free-to-use Spa and nice spots for hiking around. 10/10 would recommend for a getaway with your partner
