I thought the cleaners could have replenished milk for tea, coffee etc. also there could be clearer signage to direct clients from the main road. As I arrived it was very confusing how to reach the hotel entrance on foot.

Staff were helpful from the start. My room was great, spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The Prague discount card was very useful. The swimming pool was really very good indeed. Transport links to the city centre were plentiful and very cheap.

Staff was very helpful and nice. They upgraded our room when we told them the carpet was wet and smelling bad because of the cleaning. Breakfast was very good. They offered us welcome drinks and 1 hr. extra pool time. Definitely would stay there again.

The location is somewhat inconveniently away from public transport and noisy (right next to the train station). Also the sound insulation is somewhat mediocre. I was facing the trains and near the elevator where you could hear the loud ping every time someone called it. Not a huge problem but might wake you up in the morning.

Fantastic choice of sport and relaxing options. The sauna area is big and really well done. The tasty breakfast is well worth the money with a large choice. The staff were super helpful. Super value for money

Quite a lot of noise during evening hours which came from upper floor, beds were not much comfy, not totally bad but too far from the comfortable sleeping and just one smaller thing - waste pipes stinked, fortunately there is air ventilation in the bathroom.

Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, infinit wellness in the next building is plus. Air conditioning worked well and staff was very nice.

The fact that you had to pay for the recreational facilities, ie. swimming, tennis etc. When the rest of my family showed up they got a room cheaper than I paid when I booked via the internet!

It was close to the O2 arena. The recreational facilities were great!

Single rooms are tiny, but you can get a kettle if you ask at reception. Rooms facing the train lines receive train noise, but it’s not too intrusive.

Great pool, sauna and sport facilities . Good access to the city after a 20 min walk to the Metro station. Concert pianist playing in the lobby in the afternoon.

If someone wants to sleep with the windows open, there are train tracks nearby so it might be something to watch, but for us it was all good

The personnel in the reception was competitive and nice, a free hour of wellness centre, AC in the room and a balcony with a nice view. No problems with parking in the garage, 12 minutes from a metro station, all good
