our room was located with windows to main street. it was very noisy since early morning (trams and cars) and because there was no air-condition, we had to keep windows open and that made early "weak ups".

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice. It was near the centre and the tram station.

Although the room was cleaned everyday and overall esthetically pleasing, there was a mismatch between the decorations shown in the photos and the negligence in preparing the room before my arrival (torn pillow case, lack of decorations on walls and tables, stained table, worn out carpet) as well as in serving in the hotel restaurant (overly-eager personnel, quick to show that they understood the order but actually bringing double quantity of a different kind of wine from the one I wanted to try, which I only found out when asking for the pay check; most disturbingly, the wine glass was full of dust on the outside and the inside was probably washed away by pouring the wine... that is a lack of respect not only for the client, but also for the wine itself, which is supposed to be an emblem of the Moravian region).

The location is very convenient, just beside the city centre and 3 minutes from the tram and bus station, with a stunning view of the sunset and calming river sounds in the background, which will probably be even more amazing once the restoration of the riverside is complete. The personnel was kind enough to store my luggage outside the checkout interval so I could taken advantage of the extra time to visit the surroundings. Breakfast is served at hotel restaurant which also has a wide range of dishes and beverages at prices slightly cheaper compared to central restaurants, which is a bonus when you are too tired to return to the city for dinner after a whole day of exploring.

Although everything was clean, the carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Breakfast was disappointing, I expected pastries (like croissants or pain au chocolat) with coffee. All other options are extremely poor, had to look for another place to have breakfast. The street is extremely noisy, but I already knew this when choosing a hotel.

The hotel is luxurious, the room is spacious. There is a restaurant downstairs, so you can spend the evening there.

There was no air conditioner or even a fan in the room. It was 34 degrees outside, and 22 at night. It was difficult to rest.

Everything was perfect except for the wet towels. The air humidity was 70%, we didn't place the towels on the floor, and they weren't changed.

If there is 36Celsius outside, there will be 36C inside. Rooms without AC are hard to sleep in. Super hot and noisy outside. Toilet paper quality - tragic.

Staff was not polite, like really was not. Do not expect smiles. Breakfast was ok (ordinary, but ok), but available only from 7.30 - 9.30. No air conditioning (in July it was really not comfortable).

Location of this hotel is excellent. You can walk 10 minutes to Starobrno brewery restaurant - You can eat and drink traditional Czech drinks (beer) and foods. There is noisy place around hotel during wokring days - reconstruction/building of route along Svratka river. It Should be finished soon.

Construction nearby when we visited. It’s a bit far from central but a nice walk when the weather is good.

Good breakfast, nice looking lobby and rooms. Free parking and they welcome dogs. I would recommend staying here.

Big noise from the street (especially noisy tram in early morning). Wooden roofs beams above one bed in room on the top floor. which were dangerous especially at night (head bumping).

The only downside was the construction taking place on the street at the moment.
