Wifi was kinda bad but that a sacrifice I am willing to make because I can just get a sim and its cheap. Nothing is perfect if you are looking for a good price and this shouldn't turn you off from this beautiful hotel

This hotel is really nice and the reception workers are so great and knowledgeable about the city and even the surrounding towns. they helped me so much! The view from the room with the balcony is gorgeous! location is perfect it's so close from the old town , a train station , bus station and tram station

Location was very noisy as it is right across from Irish Pub. Drunk patrons outside till early in the morning. Not the apartment's fault but it was hard to sleep

We arrived later in the evening and it was very dark at the entrance. We discovered a reception bell on the exterior mailboxes. Once we made contact with the reception all was perfect.

The A/C included was just one low powered unit that had to stay in the living/dining area. The other rooms were very hot as it was nearly 90 during the day and didn't cool off much until very late.

Internet was very slow and I kept losing my connection. They did reboot the modem and it helped but it was still inconsistent.

Location is great! Rooms are basic but clean and had a great view. Lots of noise on the street but the apartment was quiet. Mine had a small balcony which was perfect to step out for the view and fresh air.

Pressure of the shower was a little more dense than we are used too.

Lovely property and though we booked a room with Air Conditioning, we never actually got it. However a fan was provided which gave some comfort. Amazing location- right next to Starbucks. If you book here the access instructions can be a little tricky. Head towards Starbucks in the corner and it’s a little room to the left. Lovely stay overall and really nice staff.

The air conditioning is weak, but at least we had it. There was a portable a/c unit in the living room and another one in one of the bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom only had a weak fan so they got hot in that room. Being in old town which has all the views and where the action is, I’m guessing not many places have central air. I think if they have air it would be the portable units. Maybe they needed to service them, as they didn’t work well. We did ok though. We weren’t in the inside too much.

Perfect location right in the middle of old town. Beautiful view from the windows. Two nice size rooms and a bed in the living room. All the beds were confortable. There is an elevator but only two can fit with luggage or three without luggage at a time which we didn’t mind. The location is the best. Many stores and shops and places to eat around you. We absolutely loved it! The cleaning ladies came by every couple of days and gave us fresh towels, dumped the trash and added more toilet paper etc.which was nice we stayed for 10 days. We would stay here again for sure! The staff is a pleasure to work with.

Have 2 location 1 in the main building with lift but without washing machine 2 you need to past a shop ( not a problem ) and no have a lift but have washing machine 3 the rooms that are not in the main building are without lift ( if you have big suitcases ) but cant improve it as it is the old town

the place is located near everywhere, the service was wonderful , we more then recommend on this hotel, no have air condition in all the rooms buy it is not so hit here , have some noise from the street but really not something need to be warry about

Centrally located, comfortable, lots of space in the apartment and a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. The staff was very helpful and they cleaned the room every other day of our week long stay which was great. They also had Netflix and other apps included on the TV already which was nice to use to unwind at the end of the day.

The bar music downstairs may be a bit noisy, however they provide the earplugs and the noise stopped in the midnight.

1. Location is very good. A few minutes to the Charles Bridge and the Tyn Church. All sight seeing places are close. 2. Staffs are friendly and helpful. 3. Clean and comfy, spacious.

The main building seems fine but our room was in another building which was way too old and smelly. The room itself was clean but there was no view whatsoever. In order to enter the room you had to go through a shop!!! The windows and the balcony of the room overlook the backyard of a restaurant and other buildings. Too suffocating.

The location was perfect!!! Everything within walking distance.

I emailed , multiple times to save a parking spot. No one answered back. We had to park 15 minute walk away. Birds attacked us in entryway, when we were coming and going😄😩

Noisy outside as there are bars and restaurants arround. There was airplugs in appartment, but still happy tourists was shouting each night untill arround 3-5 am. This is how it is when you live so central :) next time we would choose a place, which is not so central, when travelling with kids :)

Place is amazing, very central, close to everything. Apartment looks bigger than in pictures, there is everything what you need. Place is clean, basic equipment in kithen - we missed only some soup bowls. We had a baby stroller - it was good with elevator. When it was raining - we borrowed umbrella from reception ;) we would definatelly come back, but just without kids ;)

Even though our room is at the back of the building and a couple of stories above, every single sound could be heard from the street just like they are right next to us. We kept waking up too early in the morning. Maybe it would be better to use soundproof windows

It was super close to all kinds of touristic attractions and we walked every single corner and didn’t need to take any transportation. The staff was friendly and decent. The room was small but we have all the facilities we need not to mention it was so clean.

The property and location met our expectations. There was nothing not to like.

The property is located in the middle of all the attractions. There is Klementinum (library and astronomical tower) that is opposite to the property and there are plenty of restaurants around. The Charles bridge is 3 min walk. The Starbucks is downstairs. The property in itself is very nice and clean and there are several doors that you go thru so it feels very safe. We had a car that we parked in the parking garage that was 5 mins walk.

Although advertised parking space available with reservation, the fact is there is none. We had to park in a parking building around 700 m away. The walk to the parking building was nice though and we were lucky to find parking.

The room was spacious and clean. The location could not be better. Just 200 meters from charles bridge, we enjoyed our morning run. There is a marijuana store next door - just saying :D

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. The staff were exceptional, communicative, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Tea & coffee were available during reception hours. there was a lift, security was tight. The large rooms with kitchenette are fabulous for longer stays.
