Everything cost extra, sure is written in an extremely long information document but that's ruining the experience a little bit

The check-in contains too many informaton and it is unnecessary complicated. The apartments are connected with the hotel, but they are not the part of it, which is a first for me. Nevertheless, when you get in the room, everything is very nice and worth the stay.

A very well equipped room, with many cooking utensils comfortable bed, clean bathroom. I can reccommend it.

Wine glasses weren't properly cleaned, there was a stain from a lipstick.

The apartment was modern and nice. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space for bikes in the hallway by the main entrance to the building. Would definitely come again.

Wifi signal could be better.

We rented a room. It very clean. Coffee machine, big fridge, plates glasses, cups etc. It had lots of things which may need on your travel. The TV size was great. It was beyond my expectation for the price.

Staff - there was a huge queue at reception and the receptionist was claiming she is the only one and her manager is not there - with more complaining suddenly someone else appeared. It is better to tell the truth to guests and it is unbelievable that there was only one receptionist on a summer weekend.

I booked a room for the family when I saw on the website of the place that there is a facility for a pool, a dining room and actual parking, the place is far from all of that and also parking, they charged money when we are in a village and not in a city with a shortage of parking spaces, the charge is only for the guests of these rooms and not for the hotel guests In addition, the place is far from the ski resort and requires a trip every morning Disappointing but if all of this was written clearly we would not be disappointed

We booked the room for a two days ski trip. One week before it, we were informed that the ski resort is closed due to the warm weather. So we first time contacted the hotel once we got the information. But the answer is NO- we can not get refund just one week before the date even they knew better than us that people come to this place in winter(early spring) mainly for ski. So we have to drive ONE HOUR to another ski resort- we don’t want to waste the money so we have to waste two hours on the way. I have a strong feeling that these people don’t want have guests constantly and continuously. One-shot business dealing maybe is their goal. And … to be continued, they even want to charge us 40 CZK more for the breakfast. Fine,compare with the room rate, it’s not a big money.

Apartment is very specious. Enough place for storing all stuff and also play & relax. Kitchen has everything one can think about and even above.

The room was exceptional, modern and nice with perfect view over lake. Small kitchen with everthing proveded. My kid even had huge box with toys, such amazing surprise

personal in the hotel was not supportive enough, maybe they have lots of guests and few people working, however every time I asked questions at the reception desk, the lady seemed to be very irritated

the fact that as a guest you DO NOT have access to the wellness and spa (as addressed in the name of the property and the description!) unless you pay ridiculously high fee! Only hotel guests have free access, this is a private apartment attached to the hotel…

Well we have to pay parking in front of hotel, we had to pay entry for swimming pool is nothing special, for 2 hours we pay 50 e. It's way too much. In email was written that dinner is from 6-10 pm, dinner finish in 8:30 pm, so we had to go out in the city where everything is open until 10pm max 11pm.

Room was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly. We had a massage and we recommend that, they do there job amazing!

the hotel seems to charge money for everything, which breaks down the atmosphere.

our room has been recently renovated, so it was very comfortable and nicely designed. the aquapark was very nice for us and our little son, food was reasonable.
