Keys picked up from a hotel along way from the property. Quite a walk with our luggage. Balcony door was unlocked with no key. It was 4 floors up so took a chance no one would climb in.

Location was great with our own balcony overlooking the river.

Check in was a distance away from the actual property, not sure it is suitable for people who are travelling without a car. The parking wasn’t very good. Can reserve it for 30€ but then it’s a 10 minute walk away from the actual apartment. If you have a car full of stuff it won’t be easy. We got lucky and parked on a street at the apartment, couldn’t figure out if we need to pay or not and we didn’t and did not get fined either. We only stayed one night and left early in the morning so that could be the case why we got lucky.

It was right in the heart of Prague, huge apartment and clean.

(1) The bathroom door did not lock, (2) The amount of cutlery and kitchen equipment is insufficient for big groups (there are very few cutlery sets, no big pots). (3) The main door should have one more lock from the inner side. (4) Although more challenging to solve, the distance from the check-in to the actual property is considerable. Having a lockbox or something similar would be appreciated. (5) Every hinge of every door made noise

When I picked up the keys I was informed that I have to pay also the city tax. I didn't expect that and I would prefer to be informed about the whole price while making the reservation in booking.com

I had to take the keys from a different locations which was 1km away from River View hotel. Most probably this information was written somewhere, but as a normal guest you don´t expect to get the keys from a different location, which is so far away. The lady at the reception in Red & Blue Desing Hotel was very unfriendly. The room was not really clean, which we realized after walking barfoot :(

Apartment was not clean, and was not cleaned properly in a while which was a let down. Plumbing did not work properly so we struggled to take showers and even use toilet, because it won't drain. Windows with city view were dirty, so were kitchen cabinets and towel dryer. For such a big apartment, it lacked lots of simple things that would have made our stay more comfortable, such as a kitchen cloth or additional tea towel. There is a washing machine, but no drying rack, etc. All electric appliances look worn out.

Perfect location, nice beautiful rooms with big windows and city view. Old house with high ceiling (in some rooms). Many beds to accommodate big family or a group.

It was incredibly loud! You have to have ear plugs when you sleep. You could hear everything from the hallway and loud traffic if course (which is normal in a city).

The reservation office was quite far away. It took me half an hour of a run to get the keys with my kids waiting at the apartment door. The cleaning staff started to knock the door at 10 am for check-out while the timing was supposed to be 11 am

•First of all be prepared that you need to pick up key from a diffrent location which is on the other side of river about 1,5km away from where you stay. • hard to contact by phone with them - the number which they provide didn’t work • owner knows that people complaing about this key situation but he basically do anything about it which means that he doesn’t have respect to clients • these apartment are old - some stuff didn’t work like a light in a toilet…
