You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelPublic parking only, charges depend on daily hours. No air-conditioning in my room, simple vent. There is no any refrigerator/minibar or something else to keep your water cold. Staff available for working hours only, in case you arrive later check with them before.
Nice location, property is big (independent bedroom). Light breakfast & good to start your day (from 8am) Clean & has all for a few days stay.

Czech RepublicFor the price, we expected better service in terms of breakfast - we came at about 9:30, and there was no bread left except one slice. Staff only said that they underestimated it without any compensation. Also, not many options to choose from. The number of stairs leading to our room was high. Unevenly installed lamp and some minor things - looked amateurish. Since it is located near a tower with bells, we could hear them clearly.
The location of the hotel is really nice. The room was very/unnecessary large. The option to leave our baggage with the staff before leaving the city. Clean room and the facility.

I liked everything. Fine breakfast, nice area around and the very atmosphere of the place was remarkable. The lady at the reception spoke perfect English and was friendly, fast and competent. As a smoker, I liked this small inside garden with tables and chairs - a nice place to sit at night and enjoy a cigarette before you go to sleep, or to drink coffee after breakfast before going to explore the town`s attractions.
