Public parking only, charges depend on daily hours. No air-conditioning in my room, simple vent. There is no any refrigerator/minibar or something else to keep your water cold. Staff available for working hours only, in case you arrive later check with them before.

Nice location, property is big (independent bedroom). Light breakfast & good to start your day (from 8am) Clean & has all for a few days stay.

if you have trouble with stairs, make sure you ask for a room that does not go up too far. even getting to the reception and breakfast room requires steps.

For the price, we expected better service in terms of breakfast - we came at about 9:30, and there was no bread left except one slice. Staff only said that they underestimated it without any compensation. Also, not many options to choose from. The number of stairs leading to our room was high. Unevenly installed lamp and some minor things - looked amateurish. Since it is located near a tower with bells, we could hear them clearly.

The location of the hotel is really nice. The room was very/unnecessary large. The option to leave our baggage with the staff before leaving the city. Clean room and the facility.

It`s fine as it is.

I liked everything. Fine breakfast, nice area around and the very atmosphere of the place was remarkable. The lady at the reception spoke perfect English and was friendly, fast and competent. As a smoker, I liked this small inside garden with tables and chairs - a nice place to sit at night and enjoy a cigarette before you go to sleep, or to drink coffee after breakfast before going to explore the town`s attractions.

Quality in TGM is going down and the price is going up. Hot water in the room only for 2 minutes. No heating - not working (only in the bathroom). Nothing in the minibar. Wifi not working. ETC...

The bathroom could do with more hooks for hanging towels especially next to the sink. Instructions for TV in English language would be great as we could not work out how to get the channels working..

A fantastic Hotel in a perfect location. The service was absolute superb with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. I will surely come back to visit the TGM Residence Hotel again.
