Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThe windows were too high to see out but the loft area had a nice view although you had to stand to see it. I would suggest having a kitchen towel to avoid paper towel waste. Also the bottled water was nice but unnecessary since the water was very good from the tap.
The accommodation was roomy, clean and very generously stocked with treats and even a small champagne. The location was excellent and close to everything without being noisy. I liked that cleaning was on request since it allows for more environmental considerations.

I am very satisfied with the hotel! Even before we our arrival communication was very helpful. Room was bigger and better looking than we expected, based on pictures. Also, our room wasn’t noisy at all as some reviews wrote. Room was very clean and we are very satisfied with room service. Also, stuff was very helpful. Location is perfect! very close to mall, tram station, subway 1-2 min away by feet. Also, city center was 10-15 min away by feet. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

It was spacious and comfortable. We were given an upgrade to their Art Suite. I enjoyed the artwork hung on the walls.

The room was bright and spacious, the balcony was nice a quiet with a sun trap. Complimentary Prosecco and chocolates was a very nice touch. Nice area with shops and restaurants close by. The staff where very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomAs previously mentioned by other guests the hotel is right next to a tramway so there is some tram noise until around midnight although the management do supply ear plugs for sleeping
The Hotel was right opposite Medicom where we were visiting and an excellent location for walking to Wenceless Square and Old town square, lovely room with fridge, microwave, aircon and a very large comfortable bed at a very reasonable price, there is a really good cafe next door which is great for breakfast or an afternoon beer, would definitely stay here again

United KingdomThe downside of being next to train stations is the volume of people, its busy and trams run all the time. I used the earplugs left in the room and slept like a baby. Really comfortable bed
Great location for transport, right opposite train station and trams outside. We got there late so no reception but really easy instructions to get into building. Good spacious room,fridge, TV plenty of storage space, coffee machine, hairdryer. Lovely hot water in shower. Location means you are only ever around 20- 30 mins walk from everything there is to see.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, we really like everything, the guys at the reception will help with everything, they are very nice and friendly. The apartment was spacious, clean, bright and pleasant, it was just like the photos, it had all the comforts, they even had the detail of leaving us coffee and a small bottle of champagne and some snacks and sweets, we arrived at 9:00 p.m. and we had no problems in doing self check in, the location seemed good to me. The tram runs right there, I would definitely go back.

RomaniaFor the checkin I was welcomed at the reception by two ladies. One of them informed me that I have to pay a deposit of 50 euro as damage insurance. I told them both that I did not know about this requirement and that in the many messages they have sent me nothing like this was presented. At this moment the other lady, who was actually doing some other stuff, not related to the reception work, became very aggressive, telling me that this information is presented somewhere on the hotel presentation, that is mummy obligation to check that and if I don’t like it she can cancel my booking on the spot. Imagine that situation, when I was just arriving at the hotel, at 18:00 pm, being tired, and no other place booked, being told that I can remain without a place to stay in Prague. I am aware that I did not checked that information when I booked the hotel, but who does that. Also I was telling to this lady that I was willing to pay it, but I wanted to complain about the lack of information in this respect. She was overreacting, very rude to me as a client and very aggressive, telling me that she can leave me without a place to stay over the night. I don’t know what other qualities this person have but she’s not fit for front desk for sure.
