The best of locations in any city is finding a quiet spot in the midst of everything. This hotel has that. It also is connected to the best Italian restaurant outside of Italy, “Kogo”. Old world charm, with Italian flair, such as marble floors, marble bathrooms, bidet’s and layouts - supported with personnel that beats in sync with that atmosphere, friendly, professionalism and efficiancy without ever appearing snobbish or arrogant.

I understood from the description that there was a rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, at check in was informed it is accessible only by those guests with “terrace” rooms.

The room we had was equipped with a bathtub with some weird hand held shower . No overhead shower head. We could not use it due to our age and ability to get in or out of it. So we used the walk in shower in our friend's room. The other thing was we were expecting a rooftop terrace / bar . This is only the case for certain rooms. The advertising on the web site is not at all, clear about this. We found that misleading and disappointing.

The location was VERY Good and the front desk staff were excellent. They helped me out to reach my travel agent when my flights got cancelled. Printed my new itinerary for me and were generally very friendly and eager to please. Housekeeping was great and prompt.

Lovely hotel. Outstanding breakfast. Helpful staff. Our room was clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was perfect for getting anywhere in Old Prague and beyond. I would definitely stay here again!

The only comment that I had was why a loft bed it made it difficult at night to climb out of the bed for my wife since she sleeps on the side without the stairs. We also in the middle of the night had to be careful going down the stairs to the bathroom There was also no night tables on either side of the bed so no place to put eye glasses cell phones etc Since there is sufficient room for the bed on the floor and then you could have put a night table on each side not sure why you installed a loft bed with stairs. We are in good shape for being in our early to mid 70’s but the room would not be acceptable to anyone who had balance or walking issues

I liked it all.

The staff is really wonderful, helpful and so nice. My room was large, quiet, and the bed was comfy. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is in a very good location for walking and sightseeing and shopping.

The soap in the shower did not look or smell pleasant.

We had a hiccup on our first night when we arrived late in the evening and the room was very hot as air conditioning wasn’t working. We reported to the staff who assured us that it would be addressed which is was. Thanks to Jana and Vladimir for all their efforts .

Loved the location and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast also had a wide variety of options - overall can’t beat the value of this hotel in its location!
