The mattress was not comfortable. They didn’t clean the room for duration of our stay, 3 nights.

Amazing breakfast. Free laundry though they charge for detergent. Tram station is just opposite the hotel though it takes 30 min to go to city centre. Pleasant lobby.

Well located hotel, comfortable bed, two pillows. Breakfast is a bit of a struggle, there are a lot of people in the morning and it's noisy. Paid parking on site.

For me, the subway station felt far enough to make the atmosphere eerie at night while getting back. So, if you are solo, use the tram line. There's one on the opposite side of the hotel!

I'm satisfied by the service! Food was fresh and tasty, the room was clean and cozy and the staff was friendly - all that in an affordable price! I would definitely come back again!

Problems with the elevator!

Location for us is perfect. Very friendly and helpful people at Reception. Wonderful breakfast selections. Colorful and entertaining decor. Just a very comfortable place to stay.

The stay was excellent, the staff were very nice and friendly, Delicious breakfast. The location was great, quiet and close to everything (supermarket, transportation 1 min, 15 min from the center).

I rate the entire stay positively. The hotel's location was very good. Excellent access to the city center. Close to the metro and tram. Comfortable beds in the room and good service (during the stay the room was cleaned, towels and bed linen were changed). The hotel staff was helpful. Good breakfasts. A big advantage of the hotel is a safe, closed parking lot where you can leave your car.

Directly in front of a tram stop, which is great. Room was clean, staff was friendly and was willing to answer questions. There's also a laundry room available for use, free of charge. The room itself was actually really comfy, and the breakfast spread was excellent!

Very very very annoying e-mail and in-mail notifications. From booking day and till check-out - 15 e-mails with useless information.

Very friendly and client-oriented personnel, always willing to help and support. Rooms are clean and silent. Towels changed daily. Free parking around the hotel. Very close to public transport. Several nice cafes within 1-5 min of walking. Also bowling is very close :) Outstanding breakfast. Bella-cat is FANTASTIC =^._.^= We're big fans of it =^._.^=

Nice, clean and fresh hotel. Simple but very well kept, with friendly staff, good breakfast and plenty of extras like ATM, vending machines etc etc. Local check restaurant nearby. Public transport right in front of the hotel. I will come back once in Prague.

I traveled with my friend, we stayed 4 nights in this hotel and really liked it.
