We received an excellent welcome from the young male receptionist. He also helped with restaurant recommendations. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the city in foot

There were 2 concierges: the one that booked us in was welcoming and professional. The other one needs to learn some skills from the other one. We came back early one afternoon to escape rain but our room had understandably not yet been serviced. When I asked if we could have fresh towels to shower, I was told to wait for them to service the room.

Lovely hotel: clean, comfortable, quiet, great variety on offer for breakfast. Excellent base for the Mala Strana area, which is much less touristy than the Old Town.

Heater towel rail didn’t seem to work but it wasn’t a train smash.

Location was great. Facilities were exceptional and well maintained. The uniqueness of the musical aspect of each room was a nice touch. We had awesome views and the complimentary wine was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also had an awesome breakfast.

Stairs with luggage were challenging as the elevator was at the halfway point between floors and you needed to carry bags up a flight of stairs to your room floor.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, fantastic room - we were in Bon Jovi suite with view of castle and towers. Fridge with drinks, hair dryer, safe, coffee machine, everything we needed.

It was in an excellent location . They kindly gave my self and partner a beautiful upgrade. The room was called the Elton John room and was like a mini apartment. It overlooked the caste and made my birthday trip to Prague extra Special.

They need to label the food at breakfast according to food allergies so that people with allergies or food sensitivities know which foods are safe to eat. The shower is a stand-up bathtub with no handrails and a slippery tub. They could add handrails and treat the bottom of the tub with some mild abrasive or a bath matt, so that it is safe to stand.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and quiet.

WC could use some TLC. There were a few steps up to the lobby which may be a problem for people with mobility issues, but for us it was not a problem. Closets were small. Not enough coat hangers for three adults.s

Breakfast was good. Variety of coffee, juices, fruit, pancakes, More than I could eat! The hotel is a few steps from the tram and Metro stops, but walking was easy into the Old Square. The Rudolfium is directly across the bridge from the hotel. There was a nice restaurant just a few steps from the hotel. It was nice to have a seperate WC from the bathroom, especially since we were three adults! Having a seperate living room was like haveing 2 bedrooms. Definitely a plus!

It’s in the center, like 5 minutes walk from the bridge and the castle. Easy to reach all the important places. The room was quite big, well equipped. The breakfast was ok, I appreciated that they had gluten free bread but the food what was supposed to be warm was cold. The staff was nice, they had hot wine as complimentary drink. Overall it was a nice stay, maybe little overpriced but usually it’s always in the city center . If I go back to Prague again will check this hotels offers too.
