Some people are staying there long-term and I don't think it's rly pleasant to be accommodated with them when you are staying there for 1 night.

The loud noise from the road outside was quite disturbing at night.

It was very clean. Only a few minutes by tram from olomouc central train station. Walkable distance to the old city. I was the sole occupant in a room for two. Also I was able to check-in after the hours mentioned on site, the staff arranged for that, and I had no difficulty in entering the hostel. Bathroom etc were super clean .

Exceptionally good location. Spacious room with lots of light. Comfortable and clean beds and furniture. Large, cold fridge freezer in the room. Even though I booked a bed only, I was on my own in the room for the whole duration of the stay, 4 nights. Clean bathrooms, considerate neighbours.

Nobody wasted their dishes. Stove top didn’t work. Staff are only on for a short time and do their job and nothing more. Though no body seemed to clean the kitchen until the morning I left. Too many floors. You have to press the shower button every 10 seconds to get water to come out or it stops.

Close to old town. Only two people in a dorm. Cheap.

Clean room, comfy bed, clean bed-linen. I had the luck to be alone in my room. Anyway it's big enough to share with someone. Good to have a coffee machine in the kitchen that serves quality coffee!

One kitchen for circa 30 rooms, 1 men and 1 women WC for 8-9 rooms, batchrooms as well, electric kettle only in the kitchen, mattress a bit used. Coffemaker only commercial.

Everything was ok or acceptable, bed size good for tall people. Cultural and tidy tenants/neighbours.

Close to the city centre, clean and rooms were large and even had a fridge. I had a very pleasant stay. I was able to do a late check-in, which worked perfectly.

Everything was alright. The stove was a bit hard to use at first and would require a bit more explanations (which button turns on with plate) but other than that it was ok.

It was a nice place with everything I needed. It was also very close to the center, to stores and to the place where I needed to go. People were friendly. The place was quiet at night.

Check-in was quite late and it was not possible to depose the luggage beforehand. But I guess the reason is that this is not a standard hostel buy a sort of youth hostel.

Nice sort of youth hostel near the center of Olomouc. Clean, calm and easy check-in. Worth the money.

I found it a bit bad that coffee or tea are not offered for the price (not the cheapest place). I did a lot of similar hostels in Poland, Ukraine or Hungary, and it was always included. It could be an advice for the personal to propose it in the kitchen ;)

Towel isn't included in the price, there is only cold water in the toilet (but there is hot water in the bathroom), you need to make your bed, you can hear noise from the street at night. But overall, it was a good stay and those are minor inconveniences.

It's a very good hostel in the centre. There was a fridge and a big wardrobe in the room. I booked a 2-bed female room and I had the whole room for myself. The room and the bathroom were clean.

When I booked, the price was in euros but once in the hostel, I was told to pay in Czech crowns so they converted the price into crowns according to the official exchange rate. The problem is that this official rate is higher than the one in the bureau de change and the same is true if paying by card. So I asked to pay cash in euros and get my change back in crowns but they refused. I asked why the price is in euro on booking if they don't take euros and the receptionist didn't give me a logical answer. The only way to avoid this problem is by paying in advance when booking. The reception is open till 6 pm which might be troublesome for travellers.
