The beds are old and wooden and creek loudly. Loud bar outside bedroom window on Saturday night staff apologised in advance in fairness.

Only one issue was on check-in. The check-in was so fast that there was no time for questions and as there was no one on reception (off-season), only a phone number. It took some time (a couple of hours) to get the Wi-Fi password and assurance about the time for breakfast.

You feel in the room as in Castle. Not a room for a King and a Queen, but very nice. Everything was clean, the bathroom was very nice, plenty of space in the room, and superb view on the castle. Breakfast was OK as it was off-season there was no buffet, but still a good selection to not be hungry.

Not really a dislike but we booked a room with balcony and only access to it was by climbing out of the window. Not really an issue for us but could imagine being a pain for older residents. Needs to be clearer in advertising literature.

Beautiful location along the river. Located within easy walking distance to most everything you might want to see in town. Room was exquisite, large, and overlooking the river with the castle directly across the river. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very nice. It could get bit noisy at night since we were above the river walk and there were several restaurants along the river. But, it did get really quiet around 11-12pm so people can get some sleep. An excellent experience overall. Be advised that since this is in an older building, they don’t have central air conditioning, but they did provide a room fan upon request that kept the room cool enough (we needed it since we were there during the heat wave). I can’t speak about the restaurant since we ate our non-breakfast meals at other establishments in town. But, the breakfast was served in the same location as the restaurant and we had no issues with it.

The how to get to the hotel script focused on arrival by car. it would be good to add information about arriving by train. There is not much information or help available at the train station.

The location is perfect with views up to the castle. We loved our little room as it had castle views and a balcony

We don’t have any complaints. We enjoyed our two night stay there.

Breakfast was good. It could have more fresh fruit and a choice of the fruit juices. The coffee was great, the green tea was excellent, we requested eggs and they made them for us so in general pretty good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Petr was always attentive to the guests’ needs. Great location, beautiful decoration of the bedroom we got imitating royalty.

We had a small,cozy room with a balcony with Krumlov Castle and the river Vltava view.Great location of the hotel in the heart of Old Town everywhere easy to go by foot.The staff was very friendly,helpful always smiling.Continental breakfast was good.

Nothing!

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel and we were not disappointed. We chose it primarily because it has a room (number 1) with a balcony from which you have an amazing view on the river and the castle across the river. The room is on the small side, but functions well, in particular because it has a small hallway with a long bench for your luggage. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. Parking is some 5 minutes away. We enjoyed the breakfast right next to the river. We hope to return!

I was there off season so breakfast started a little later than I would have liked, but it was excellent.

Great location very convenient to everything. Amazing views of the castle. Very responsive team greated me by name on arrival. Excellent breakfast!

We had room number 1, which is comfotable, despite being on the small side. Sitting on the balcony overlooking Moldau and facing the Český Krumlov Castle, sipping to a glass of czech rose wine is an unforgettable experience. The owner served early breakfast for us, since we had to leave early. Highly recommended!

the location is super its right in the middle of the city. the breakfast that's included each morning is superb. we have already stayed there twice now. the staff is very accommodating and friendly. we love it and will be back again:)
