The only thing I probably didn't like was the shampoo in the shower kit and the pillows.

Everything was great. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice view from the room. The location was close to tram stations and some good restaurants.

The room was very small. I wish they had better toiletries. The room being so small there was very little intimacy in the bathroom. ;) There was no number indicated to call the receptionist. That was funny. It's 1111!

Room was tiny and the design really minimal. Had a feeling of "luxury hoStel". Very clean. Nice ways to spend you r time at the reception (billiards, foosball, arcade games). Nice bar. Breakfast was very basic but will do when in need. They were very kind to offer a free ironing machine complete with a ironing table.

The shower did not have any anti-slip carpet or surface, making it very slippery and dangerous. Pillows not so confortable. Reception could not help with neither.

Breakfast was good, but if you'd like something fancier there are nice places around.

The beds are so good, i slept very well! The rooms are spacious and quiet (i stayed on the 9th floor), beautiful view. The location is perfect, a few museums around, lots of cafes and a tram stop right next to the hotel, very convenient. The neighborhood is really beautiful as well.

The air conditioning in the room did not work correctly leaving the room very warm.

It was very expensive because of icehockey championship and Rammstein concert - but not only at your hotel. A small thing: It would be perfect, if the roomservice would be informed about late check outs and wouldn’t knock earlier at the door. We had a late check out and needed that extrasleep very bad :D it wasn‘t a bad thing in the end, but it would show perfect service :-)

There is no shampoo provided, there is only a soap for all uses (body and hair), which in my opinion, is not adequate for female hair.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great hotel with nice facilities and restaurant. Good location, easily accessible to pubic means of transport.

I found the pillows a bit uncomfortable, too soft, but I understand this is very subjective ;) also maybe next time we'll ask for a spare duvet (there was one large double bed with one duvet, obviously, but when you don't travel with a partner you might each like your own duvet)

nice breakfast!, spacey room and bathroom (upon the arrival we learnt we were upgraded to a larger room - a nice surprise!), within okay distance from the city centre, I really like it here and like to come back when going to Prague for a day or two :)

The restaurant/bar was not so lively in the evenings. That might be because it wasn’t high season.

The location, the room (Mama XXL), the staff, the vibe of the hotel: we loved it! Nice walk to the centre. We liked it that the hotel is situated in a less touristic neighbourhood. It gives you a glimpse of a more authentic Prague. Go for a coffee in the National Gallery next door.
