Shower in the room - shower glass was not big enough which meant water went everywhere and couldn’t have a proper shower.

Small things. No shelves in the bathroom. We had our wash bags on the floor while we got ready. There were drinks in the fridge and no bottle opener. We asked twice still nothing. Asked for soya milk twice - nobody came. Went down to dining room and collected some ourselves. Small things that could make a good hotel excellent.

Location is excellent. The hotel is in the old town next to the river. The staff are very nice and the food is good although the menus is limited. The room was nice and very clean. The courtyard is really lovely for drinks and dinner in the evening.

The staff were very good, and in particular the head concierge very helpful and interesting to talk with. Very nice room that we had (an upgrade) which was great after 26 hours flights and 2 hours train ride.

The fact that nowhere is to be found in descriptions that the rooms in the old Palace part have NO ELEVATORS !!! I am 83 years old! My room was booked there, ( 2 winding stone staircases up!😞) so we had problem in finding same type {King Size Suite) in the more modern part! In the end a similar type was found for 2 nights (we booked 4) and no guarantee that we could stay in the room for the whole duration Fortunately it turned out we could stay the 4 nights! We were not informed about this and after 2 nights we were faced with a room with a lock that was blocked! Bad communication with the reservation dept.? That is my only critical observation! We would certainly recommend this lovely and well located property!

Location ! Kind of old charm property with 2 very picturesque courtyards etc….! Great staff , all of them ! Good breakfast.. With an exceptional concierge called Allan! 👍also a special mention of the receptionist upon arrival, who handled the change of the room after we found out about the NO elevator ! Very patient and friendly!

Breakfast was fantastic-be sure to eat in the courtyard. The neighborhood was walkable. We visited many attractions on foot. Restaurants nearby were very good-no need to walk a long distance to eat. Vegan fare at Clear Head, around the corner, was delish!

The first best thing has to be the location. Prague is a very walkable city and the hotel is right in the middle of the action while still being slightly removed enough to maintain a certain calm atmosphere.

Interesting bathroom layout which meant you involuntarily showered most of the room. Some very minor cleaning points.

Excellent breakfast, both buffet and order menu. Do check with the staff about restaurants etc. they do have some excellent suggestions. The location is very central yet quiet for the area.

Due to lack of ventilation in the toilet / bathroom or our room it did not always smell great. This was apparently when we entered the room for the first time and sometimes thereafter.

The rooms had the most fantastic views and the location was perfection. We were able to trounce around the entirety of the city easily and get back to our hotel without issue every night.

Great staff and beautiful historic building. My room was comfortable and well equipped with a small hallway with separate toilet, bathroom and bedroom off it. Relaxed and unhurried breakfast - which makes a change!!

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect!!! Walking distance to all you need to see in Prague. Breakfast is incredible and i cannot commend more the STAFF. Me and my husband love to travel and the staff at the MOZART is one of the most welcoming bunch we have ever met, even the night staff smiles everytime they meet guests. I had a massage at the hotel spa and it was so good that I had the best sleep for a very long time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

First room we got was not as amazing, but this was changed. Gym accessible from outside only, spa are needs to be booked which was not really clear (I thought one can just walk in which was not the case). If there is great service in the courtyard, there would be more consumption
