Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandBreakfast time ends at 10:30, which can be a bit early for families with children who stay up late during city visits—extending it to 11:00 would be amazing. I found the parking fee of €35 per day to be quite expensive. This is a very personal preference and not a criticism.
The breakfast was exceptional, with delicious food and high-quality ingredients. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable.

AustriaI've traveled to many countries and cities across Europe for the past 15 years. I've been to Prague at least 20 times. However, I've never been this satisfied with any hotel before. It is very clean, organized, high-quality, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Especially Ms. Veronika, who was extremely kind, always smiling, sympathetic, and warm-hearted. She was the last person we saw at the hotel, and her positive energy left a lasting impression. Everything, including the breakfast, was fantastic. From now on, I won't stay at any other hotel in Prague!

Excellent location,clean and big appartment ,great reception staff( special thanks to Veronika and Martin), restaraunt staff , tasty breakfast - all was fresh and of very high quality, very tasty cappuccino. Special thanks to Anneta - we had no time for breakfast because of early flight, although the official breakfast time is 8 -10:30 we came to the restaurant at 7:50 , asked Anetta if it's possible to get the coffee take away and she prepeared it for us. Thank you for the pleasant stay

United StatesThe stairs to go up the bedroom was unique haha. Just have to hold on and go slow. Do not drink and go up or down these stairs. And none of us drank alcohol lol
Location is great. Literally walked everywhere. Breakfast is wonderful. Didn’t use the kitchen but having a refrigerator is nice especially to store insulin meds. Laundry facility is great so we have fresh sets of clothes for our next destination.
