Perhaps some regular tea. 🤔. I am a tea drinker!! As a celiac I managed with yogurts and fruit.

The breakfast was always well stocked and fully available from 7am. The staff were very accomidating. Plenty of choice for everyone.

What I remember the most about the place was the gentleman at the reception, super welcoming, super kind, super friendly, so so cool, absolute diamond of this place Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious and big verity. Excellent location -close, walking distance to the centre Massive thank you to my favourite host at reception- man with long beard, such a shame i did not ask for his name

Location was in quiet street yet was minutes walk from trams and Metro and major tourist must-sees. Hotel had a traditional feel about with good, old-fashioned service. Breakfast was limited in choice but all the basics were there and of good quality and taste. Bistro type restaurant served excellent food (we had dinner there twice) and bar on site.

A very good ocation, lovely hotel's fachade & definitive a very clean room. Facilities are just okay and staff was also fine. 24 hour desk is a plus. Quiet area, there are some food option & mini markets on the zone.

The hotel could use some TLC... it is quite dated but comfortable.

Good location on a quiet street, about 10-15 min walk from the center square. Lots of good local restaurants and bars around the hotel and the prices are about 30-40% lower then in the center (tourist traps). The staff was very nice and helpful. No AC but the room had a standing fan that helped with circulating the air.

We were not used to lesving our key at the reception while you go out for the day, but we got used to it quickly. Not really a complaint.

Super friendly staff, and the hotel as a whole provides good value for the money. Great location; very central but not noisy. Offered to hold our bags after checkout while we waited for our late bus. Breakfast was simple but solid.

Those oversize pillows were not comfortable, and no air conditioning. Mini bar fridge did not work, and the internet was pretty bad.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room cleaning service was impressively fast, ensuring everything was tidy and fresh throughout my stay, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was okay; it had some good options but didn't stand out as exceptional, though it was sufficient to start my day. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area, and it was quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep. One downside was that there was no air conditioning in the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable during warmer nights; however, the room itself was a nice size, providing ample space to relax. Overall, for a budget hotel, I would recommend this place if you don't mind the lack of A/C and are looking for a comfortable stay with great service!

There was no airconditioning in the room. It was hot in the room. When the window was open the noise of speaking reached the room and disturbed sleeping. There was an elevator, but it was between the floors. From the street level you had to carry the suitcases for 1,5 floor and before your floor 0,5 floor again. There was no lactosefree yogurt nor milk at breakfast.

Location was excellent. And neighborhood was nice.

The hotel is basic but clean in a quiet street in a walking distance to main sightseeings as well as the railway station. If you do not want to walk, you can use trams - the stop is very close. Breakfast was standard for Czech hotels, I liked the receptionists - both helpful and funny. Good value for money.

There was no air conditioning but there was a fan in the room. It was during a hot period (32 degrees outside) so AC would have been welcomed. But at least the hotel is facing north so there was no direct sunshine and it was ok.

Great location, good facilities and everything I expected, clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of hot and cold options.

The hotel rooms were nice, but the sound travelled very easily between the rooms, especially when you had any window open. Noise could be heard late at night (even with windows closed) of any movement outside of the hotel, as well as early in the morning. The WiFi, to put it nicely, was God awful. The connection would continuously lag and couldn't handle any social media apps or downloading anything. I ended up using my Mobile Data for most of the trip.

Location was great - slightly outside of the main parts of the city but no more than a 15 minute walk to the centre which was nice! The staff were lovely, and even allowed us to check in early. There was a good selection at breakfast as well. The rooms themselves were surprisingly spacious, and it didn't feel like we were cramped for room.

I hoped air conditioning in the room In one morning there was a very nice man at the desk that offered us money exchange according to a list at the right of the desk and in the afternoon a woman didn't allow that service. And at the other day the post with exchange rates desapeared
