The water in the showers a bit later at night (after 21.30) was cold, which was a bit of a down-side. Not fun taking a cold shower.

I loved the big rooms, great breakfast - lots of choice and tasy, the possibility to use the garden behind the hotel was very nice. Also the location was really nice - walking distance from the city centre.

The breakfast were very nice and worth the price. The rooms were quite clean and new. Though we got a flicking light in the restroom in the room at 5F. The clerks were nice and helpful.

The Hotel is very well located. Close to a Metro station from Praha to get you pretty much anywhere in the city. I was glad to have a parking place for my motorbike. The room was exactly what I needed. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and exactly what needed to start a new day. Nice one 🙂

Honestly, I was going to give higher points but on the last day, we encountered a passive aggressive reception staff who was quite rude and displayed a disgust demeanor towards us. I politely asked her if I could charge my phone and she lied that they had no charging ports yet I could see multiple switches so I pointed this out and she then annoyingly towards me, allowed me to go ahead. But she was totally disgusted for no reason. I am not one to think there could be racial aggressions but because there was no other reason she would have been mad since we were polite we wondered whether it was some sort of discrimination rant. Please look into this. The person who served at the reception on Monday 6th May between 10am and 12p

There was no shower gel nor shampoo. We asjed downstairs and said that our showergel is left completely empy, they did not have anything to replace it with so we had to buy our own. The bathroom door was a sliding door and you could not close it fully. It was open on sides. When in bed, I could hear the elevator going up and down, which was annoying.

The bed was nice and comfy. The breakfast was also good:))

The noise you can hear from the corridors inside the hotel. The shower head was not fitting in the wall, I think it was broken and it wasn’t very clean. You could see fingerprints in the bathroom, limescale and dust. The aircon in that specific room (loft) didn’t have a remote control to regulate temperature. So it was all the time very hot inside the room.

This room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I really like the big pillows.

Two single mattresses on the double bed. There were also two single mattresses. Unfortunately, for a couple this is not good.

Very good breakfast with many options. I liked the room too. Very comfortable and the lighting of the room I stayed in was very good.

The shower was not comfortable, it’s not safe to get shower on bathtub. The elevator was on the middle of the floor so you had to take the stairs to get to elevator, which doesn’t make sense. It was not worth it for a 4 star hotel.

We asked to have our room cleaned however we saw that our crumbs from last night was still there. Drain plug for the bath tub was also not working properly.

We liked how it was very accessible from the New town tourist spots as well as restaurants and public transport.

The bath bottom was broken, and no one could fix it over the weekend. Its kinda dark in the night. I wish they had put more lights..

The hotel is close to Prage 1 by 10 minutes of walk. We love the breakfest and the atmosphere there.

Close to the city center and metro station. Parking in the garage is pretty cheap (15€ day). Breakfest is really nice and room was comfortable and clean.

Nothing really

Location is very good. Either you can take the metro or tram to the city center but if you are in for a walk it also not far to the city center and nice city seeing. Breakfast was good.

The room was really dirty. Housekeeping did not change our sheets and we stayed there for 5 nignts. There is no double bed. but two single beds side by side. Furthermore, the room was sooooo cold, the aircondition did not work properly and there was no controller in the room.

Really great location, and breakfast was quite good. However, the place where breakfast is served is really small and sometimes it was very cold there. Anastasya helped a lot regarding our questions!

The shower was a little strange, both the main head and the supplementary one were on at the same time, so the floor of the bathroom filled up quickly.

The hotel was well-located but not in a particularly noisy area. Nice, big rooms. Breakfast was much better than your average Prague hotel.

They asked too personal data from my companion. Booking didnt infor that to the price will be added tourism tax when I booked the room. The towels should be without holes

- the elevator stops in the middle of the floors, so be ready to carry your baggage by the stairs for a bit - I didn't have enough lighting to do my makeup routine, there is only one minus of the room

Stylish spacious room with comfortable bed. Breakfast is beyond the standard, with great selections of everything you want to have for breakfast :) It will take you about 25-30 min by walk to get to the city center, and the underground station is about 4 min from the hotel and two stations to the main railway station.

The breakfast room is small and sometimes there’s no place to sit so you have to wait a little, overall it has good products.

The room was great, very spacious nicely decorated and clean. Hotel location is good too, walking distance from center and metro and buses nearby.
