The location is handy for everything but it is on a very busy street and noisy. Double thick windows do block out sound and there's fans if too hot.

Nothing it was perfect!

The apartment was PERFECT! It had every single thing we needed from irons, towels, and every kitchen utensil you’d need! The bathroom was huge and the living area was big too! The apartment was spotless and just amazing! The location was even better and couldn’t be more perfect! 30 second walk from the Old Town Square and not noisy at all! The Charles Bridge was 1 min walk away too! Ideal! Check in and check out was super easy, and there was even a free luggage storage to store our bags as we arrived a bit earlier than the check in time of 2:30pm! The hosts explained everything to us super clearly!

No lift, elevator or ascenseur. Traveling alone with two heavy suitcases that was the only problem. The rest was perfect

The only thing is the old rusty smell you get in the apartment but not a big problem.

The location was perfect. The bed and pillows was super comfy and we had the most wonderful sleep. Even though this place is located right next to a busy street, we did not hear anything which was great.

In middle of old, close to everything. Can be somewhat loud at night with street noise. , refrigerator. Coffee maker, microwave! We ate out though most of time! Good value

Our apartment was on the 4th floor which was a little bit tricky with the luggage. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all to sleep on and it could have been better if there would be more essentials for cleaning, especially when u stay more then a week it can get dirty. Unfortunately there was a construction right above our room and that was really loud.

The location is perfect, it’s near to every tourist destination. The apartment is very clean and spacious.

Perfect location. So many interesting spots are within 10 mins' walk. Excellent heating system. Very smooth communication with the staff. Would love to stay again.

Doesn't offer breakfast but the apartment was more self catering so not the worst. The stairs up the apartment were killer so with big bags this could be a struggle for many. And the apartment doesn't have air-conditioning but they did have one small portable unit if you needed it.

Location was great and the apartment was very spacious and offered many options to sleep. We were 3 but had space for 1 more comfortably.

We were missing shower gel when we arrived at the apartment (managed to pick some up the next day from the reception, when we went to pay the city tax). The hairdryer is tiny and basically useless, it takes forever to dry your hair with it. The bed was not the most comfortable and the room lacks any bedside lamps.

Picking up the keys from the reception was an easy process, we got a code, the reception is quite close to the apartment (4 min walk). We also managed to store our luggage on our last day there at the reception, since we had a late evening flight back. The apartment is located in the center (that does mean that the street bellow is quite loud in the evening - but having the windows closed helps with that), which makes it really easy to reach a lot of the landmarks fast.
