Our door didn't close properly, really needed to slam it or it would pop open again.

Hotel looks cosy and clean. Breakfast was fine. Parking arrangements were fair and easy. Bed was comfortable.

We have the chance to park free but not parking place located to this hotel, but to another one that is 5 minutes by car, and 15 minutes walking.

The breakfast was very good and abundant and delicious. The loacation of the hotel is quite good, next to a tram station from two station to Metro/Subway station.

- Almost none sound proofing, you can clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms. Hopefully we didn't had any noisy neighbors during our stay.

The pillows were too flat.

Good staff, Rooms were spotless clean, breakfast was amazing. location is perfect for a walk around the city, 10 mins away from the center. lots of attraction points around

Some of the front desk staff couldn't answer some basic questions, I think that could be improved.

Wonderful little hotel with great, friendly service and excellent, varied breakfast. The rooms are quite small (Including the public areas), but it is clean, cozy and functional. Loved the little variation in the food each day, the spacious shower stall and how cheerful the staff was. Prices are more than moderate. Don't miss the Máchova restaurant at the top of the street as well as the huge park in the vicinity!

Poor sound insulation

Good location in nice and calm area away from too touristic old town. Breakfast was decent and ok.

No remote for the A/C, attic room became a bit hot in the afternoon. Opening the windows help, but that also lets the mosquitos in. WLAN was not working in the room (weak signal), but did in the corridor and on lower levels.

Room was clean and quiet. They even provide a mini-fridge. Although there is no parking nearby, they provide free parking at their other location (10 minutes walk). Breakfast was ok, but you can also find many nice Cafés nearby if you like speciality. We also found some nice bars in the neighborhood. Tram and bus lines are only a few blocks away, train station with underground access is also reachable within 15 minutes. It was easy to get "home" even at night.

The parking is too far from hotel, they say it is free but then it is 1.5-2 kms walk from the hotel.

There was a minor problem when I checked in, but I can NOT complain about it beacuse it was delt with and resolved immediately.

I absoutely love this hotel. This was my second stay and I would certainly choose to stay here again. My room was immaculate, very clean. The AC was working fine when needed (it was very hot outside). Shower was working fine and the bed was really comfortable. The surroundings, Vinohrady and Vrsovice are my favourite parts of Prague.

Parking is about 20 minuts by walking which could bé problém for someone with dissability but we dont mind it.

Close to the metro station as well as city center. Breakfast was good, everything was fresh. Small room but for resting it was enough, very comfortable bed and everything was clean. Very cozy place. Deffinetly we will stay here again if visintg Prague.

Night receptionist with a small tied beard, was rude when we entered at 3am. He was frustrated that we woke him up to do his job and let us in.

This nearby location of parking is approximately 1,5 km away from hotel. For us it was not problem, we did not use car during our stay, but it is not nearby 🤪

Very clean nice room. location is good, 10-15 minutes walk to national museum and pedestrian zone, 25-30 to old town. Public transportation also close. Breakfast was good.

good walking distance to the old town, very quiet area, nice building, clean, simple, cozy hotel. I liked clean bathroom and bed. parking was free 1 km away. simple breakfast to my taste included. I liked our 1 day stay very much

Wifi was unstable and awful. Sometimes the internet doesn't work at all though the signal from the router was strong. Sometimes (but not very often) it works well. The breakfast was the same all three days I spent there. Not very good choice of dishes to be honest

Personal was friendly. A clean room without any complaints. it was equipped with a kettle and a fridge. beds were comfy but it was not a queen-size bed rather two separate ones
