Lobby can be busy and loud with adjoining bar/restaurant but this didn’t affect my stay

Really nothing bad to say about this place. I think the only "bad" thing is that we wanted to extend it but in order to do so we had to rebook it. This causes your unique door code to change. Really not a problem whatsoever, but figured I should mention.

This place is great. Right off the Charles Bridge, but hidden enough that you're not going to be running into the hoards of tourists. I've always been "wishy-washy" towards Prague just because how touristy it has become. The fact that this is right there in the center but quiet enough where you feel like you're hidden is amazing. And one of Prague's best restaurants right there in your doorway!

1. Would like to have a number written somewhere in the room for easy emergency communication 2. There were no dressing mirror inside the room, had to always go to washroom and get ready. A nice big mirror would have been an amazing experience

Only received coffee pods for the first morning. It was difficult to find a coffee shop opening before 8am around in the area.

Very very warm in the room even with the air con on and aircon until very noisy- also kettle was broken in the room. Also would have been better with another lock on the door, felt like someone could have walked in.

Didn't get why there only were four coffee capsules for two people and three mornings. Neither these nor the water were filled up..

Everything was well and thought through. The self-check-in went smoothly, the room was huge, yet cozy, it was clean, there was coffee, tea and water upon our arrival. But the best part is of course the terrace - most beautiful view over Prague!

Nice clean room exactly same as the photographs. The staff were super responsive to everything. location is perfect, very central and closer to main tourist attractions indeed. Lokal just downstairs is worth a try. Highly recommended.

Lots of stairs for heavy bags Bed sagging on one side Lovely complimentary drinks but our bottle of wine was half drunk.

There was one area that had not been dusted well, where you plug in your phone by the bed. It would be nice to have an arrangement for left luggage at the apartment or with a nearby business.

The location is perfect and the room has everything you will need for a stay in Prague.

The room was fairly loud. We could hear word by word conversation of people chatting in the hall way. The main door deserve major TLC asap.

The location is simply excellent and hard to beat. You walk down few stairs and you end up in one of the best pubs of Prague serving you Pilsner from tank.. what's not to love?!

Perfect stay. We were extremely satisfied with everything. We asked the manager for an earlier check-in and not only did she oblige, but we also got a bigger room upgrade. The room was very well prepared. The hotel is located in the very historic heart of Prague right next to the amazing Charles Bridge and a short distance below the Prague Castle. The food at the local restaurant was delicious. I will definitely come back.

The mattress and pillows were a little too soft for our liking. Also some complimentary shampoo alongside the shower gel would have been nice

Our room was really easy to get into thanks to the self check in instructions. The room was really nice and perfect size for two people, we loved the complimentary minibar too. We were on the 3rd and couldn't hear the very noisy bar downstairs at all.

No elevator but it's to be expected from a heritage building.

Lovely attic room in a historic building just a few steps from the gate to Charles bridge. Complimentary drinks included a bottle of Czech wine, a nice touch! The Lokal beer pub downstairs was always packed with people (adds to the lively atmosphere) but I couldn't hear the noise from upstairs.

Great location right by Charles Bridge but also quiet and feels local. The rooms are large and comfortable with plenty of space and the staff were super responsive to everything.

It is perfect location. It was in walking distance for popular touristic areas. Heading condition was very good, especially hot water was working perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets are very clean.
