The breakfast options were fantastic. The German family who run the hotel are exceedingly friendly, and helpful with suggestions about restaurants and things of interest in the town. And, the location is ideal, within easy walking distance to the bus station and even closer to the old town center.

Although I recognize the practicality of duvets, I always find I am too warm for comfort. The option of just a sheet would be welcome.

The room was large and comfortable, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the location is ideal for exploring the town.

The location is great, it is very easy to get around, and it's close to both the historic center as well as to the bus station. The breakfast was very tasty, and the receptionist provided us with great tips when we asked for restaurant recommendations.

Katharina was the best host!! Helped us in so many ways, things to do, concert tickets,a laundry situation. Great place to stay! Breakfast was wonderful. Location was perfect!

The property was close to all the tourist attractions but very quiet, which was wonderful. The staff was helpful, and even went out of their way to send us several items that we had left behind.

If you want to spend some says in a historical building in the middle of a historic center, with nice people, feeling original and not kitsch, this is a place. Our room was the one at first floor in the picture, jutting out .

Our only complaint was that the staff was not on site and we had to make arrangements for a late arrival. They were very nice about I though and we only had to wait about 5 minutes. Be prepared for stairs and a steep hill to the hotel…which is okay for us.

It is a beautiful old building in a perfect part of town. The room and the breakfast was very nice.

i’d recommend adding another curtain because there’s a light right next to the room I stayed (#1) so the room was very bright at night

Parking is an issue in Cesky Krumlov and be prepared to walk a long way to get your car.

Katarina was outstanding in helping us with all our details. The rooms were clean and updated. The restaurant looked like a great one although we did not eat there our 1 night. All in all, first class.

Katharina and Kim were exceptionally friendly, hospitable, helpful hosts. The location was great, close to the gorgeous historical city centre, breakfast delicious & the hotel and rooms are tastefully restored 15 century with cosy, contemporary bathrooms.

The charming couple that have owned Hotel Konvice for nearly a quarter of a century are lovely hosts. The inn is a historic building that has spacious bedrooms, luxury bathrooms, very comfortable beds, all the touches that one would expect in a superior small hotel. A guest receives so much value for a very moderate price. Do enjoy the luxury breakfast that is included with your stay. The location in the old town section of Césky Krumlov with its shops and restaurants is perfect. This friendly, unique hotel was an unforgettable stay.

We were given a selection of rooms. The room we choose had great views over the old town. Katherina tailored the breakfast menu to our needs as we stayed there for several days and gave us lots of information about the town and its culture. A very pleasant stay despite the off-season chilly weather.
