The breakfast was delicious with a very good spread. The location was perfect. The staff were excellent....They went out of their way to help us during our stay. Andrea was exceptional.....she helped us with train tickets that were canceled by the operator...She made sure that we were okay. We loved our stay .

It can be a bit tricky finding the entrance when you arrive as the hotel is not directly facing the street, but it didn't take very long

Breakfast is very good, huge range to pick from and runs until 11am. The concierge is 24hrs and nearly always 2 on duty. The hotel is about 8 mins walk to the centre of Mala Strana and Charles Bridge. There is access to the bar for residents into the early hours. There's also a garden bar that serves hot food.

ths is not a place for anyone with accessibility problems - it was steps up from the lobby to the elevator and also not so easy to get in from the parking lot

Everything! Great staff, incredible breakfast in amazing dining room. Location just across river from St Charles bridge near a park, quiet location, 5 minute walk to bridge, 10 minutes to main square with clock. Large, spacious rooms. Stay there- I promise you will be glad you did.

1. We did not like the hotel's choice of mattresses for the beds. They are simply too soft. If your weight exceeds 80-85 kg you probably will not sleep well; your spine won't like the U-shaped position it has to take on such a deep, soft mattress and your back will hurt in the morning. 2. The price of €29 per day is a bit excessive for parking a car.

We came just for one night, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel was very authentic, the knights and weapons and the dinner hall impressed us right from the start. The room was nice and super clean, and we had a handwritten welcome note inside. The welcome drinks were also a nice touch. Breakfast was super good, a lot of options and tasty. The location is perfect to explore the old town. The car could stay in the parking (paid extra) till the evening on the day of our checkout, so we could check out early and go sight seeing and picked it up to drive home later. It was very convenient, even though the parking is a hefty 32EUR.
