I did not like the juice they offered during breakfast because it was a very diluted concentrate.

I liked that it was very close to the tram stops because I needed to use public transport every day. The breakfast offered different options which can meet the individual preferences. The room was cleaned every day as it supposed to be so everything was pretty normal.

Not easy to find a parking spot.

The room was large with plenty of space in the wardrobe for your clothes. Although the building is old and the floor was a bit squeaky, we had a pleasant quiet sleep. The bathroom was clean with a blowdryer and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was simple but nice (bread, sausages, eggs, cereal, pancakes, coffee, tea, etc).

At 120 EUR per night, the price was quite high, probably because of the Sting concert that happened at that day.

We asked for a parking spot and a charging connection. The hotel staff put a sign there and provided the charging for free (20 EUR deposit for the charging card required). The gated parking is about 200 m away from the hotels entrance.

I didn't like that there was no kettle, coffee, or tea in the room. There wasn't even any bottled water, although there were glasses and a bottle opener. The bed was very hard. The bed linen was clean, but it was clearly quite old. If the mattresses and bed linen were replaced, and water was added to the rooms, it would be great.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfasts are quite good in both selection and quality. There are plenty of towels and the bathroom is clean.

My room was a single room instead of the reserved double or twin. It was on the top floor and even though there was an elevator, there are a few stairs to get to the room. The room was towards the street/ train station opposite the hotel so there was a constant traffic noise (day AND night) if the window was left open. On the weekends, the breakfast was very busy and it is understandable that the staff is also busy but on the weekend they seemed not to care about clearing and setting up the tables for other guests. They were constantly checking if the buffet needed to be topped up but not if the tables needed clearing.

The location was very easy to get to by public transport. The hotel itself has a lot of advertisements to direct its customers to the hotel. The breakfast was varied and plenty. The stay overall was good value for money and comfortable.

Our window was right above the seating in the garden so we unfortunatelly had to have it closed (even though it was quite hot) becase of cigarette smoke coming right up.

We arrived early so we had a parking spot. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the little garden. The breakfast was also yummy.

The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the city center, my room was facing the courtyard and 100% quiet at night, the hotel has its own restaurant, the bed was very comfortable, there is a large enough desk, Wi-Fi works perfectly, the breakfast offers a large selection and everything tastes very good, the hotel has its own closed parking lot 2 minutes walk away from the Hotel, I can only highly recommend the hotel.

Nothing negative to say.

It takes about 10 minutes by bus/tram to get to the old town and the train station, so not too bad. You get to see Plzen also outside the old town that way. The breakfast selection wasn't the widest, but still tasty and good coffee. There's also a gym and sauna, although we didn't get a chance to try them out. There are a couple of shops and restaurants just around the corner.

The hotel was quite crowded, so the parking was arranged little bit away, breakfast time very busy but special respect to staff who was smiling and very friendly despite the fact that there was group of people, who seemed to miss everything and all time asking and complaining. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was surprise, very tasty food and good price. The location is little out of city center and therefore more traffic in front, but when windows closed no noise.

Cold water in the mornings, rooms are dark, small window therefore you need to turn on the light in the middle of the day. Maid didn’t give an additional toilet paper.

We had a car, so ok for us but a few km’s from the town square etc.

Old world charm, the room was large and comfortable. Secure parking was close by. The downstairs bar and restaurant was the highlight. Drinks were cheap, but the star was the food we had for dinner. A large selection on the menu, it was an exceptional meal. Compliments to the chef!

I was charge $159.90 as deposit. We consume about $20 dollars for dinner and I still haven’t received the difference as a credit on my card. I contacted the hotel they were supposed to send me their email address to the cell I called them from and I still haven’t received their email address. For me the room wasn't clean. There was a lot of dust... The shower head was very low. It was a challenge to take a shower.
