Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

IndiaKiskey Fountain in Prague offers nice, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast with vegetarian options, plus excellent coffee. The only downside is the location—it’s not in the city center, so walking or taking local transport like buses or trams is necessary. Overall, a pleasant stay!

IndiaRooms have no air conditioning so it was really hot. The wifi network was poor.
The property has a good location since its just 2 minutes walking distance from Tram station. The staff is really welcoming and helpful at all hours. Not much options for breakfast for vegetarians but the overall spread is decent. There was water issue for a day which caused major inconvenience but this was duly acknowledged by the management and were kind enough to provide a refund for the day.

EstoniaRoom was a bit small, hard to move around with luggage; No aircon, but atleast there was a fan. It was very very hot. There was no warm water for 1 day - and half of that day no water AT ALL. Breakfast is very simple- not much to choose between. Juices are terrible - just water coloured in orange, etc. Half of the toaster was not working.
Location on superb!! Beds are comfy and rooms/ hotel is clean an tidy. Staff is friendly

PortugalThe hotel did not have AC. There was a fan in the room that helped a little spend the hot nights. The water temperature in the shower was hard to manage, sometimes boiling water came out all of the sudden. The bed sheets could be a bit fresher, they seems like winter sheets, to warm.
The location close to the main attractions, but far enough to avoid all crowds and noise. The classic decoration of the hotel. Checkin was fast and easy. The pillows were nice.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaIt seems to me that this used to be a four-star hotel. In an attempt to create the impression of a neo-classical interior from the 19th century, they slowly went into kitsch. The staff is too serious, they even look kind of angry. The air conditioner does not work, the wi-fi signal is very weak, almost non-existent, the lighting in the room is poorly organized, some of the power tools do not work, the faucet in the bathroom is very bad, the plug on the bidet is broken.
The location of the hotel is not bad. Balcony was great. Beds are quite comfy. The rooms, and hotel are very clean. Elevator made us laugh every time we entered.
