Due to the lack of air conditioning and the fountains located on the floors, there was a humidity problem all around the hotel.

Room was very lovely and felt upscale. The breakfast had a good variety and delicious. The location is close to public transportation and many restaurants nearby. Front desk people were friendly and luggage storage is useful.

The corridors were quite airless. The rooms were rather hot, so I had the windows open all the time. Therefore, the room was filled with the smell of bacon early every morning, which is unpleasant if you are vegetarian. 😒

The location of the hotel, the breakfast, the bathroom and the coffee/tea machine in the hotel room were just perfect. Staying at this hotel was, all in all, a very comfortable experience for us. ☺️

WiFi in our room on the 4th floor didn't work at all. In the morning, breakfast smells coming from ventilation used to wake us up.

The location was perfect, walking distance to many places but far enough to hear the noises of tram. Many selections for breakfast and clean place.

Somewhat cheap decoration, some of the pattern on the wall was made in painted styrofoam. The AC didn't work and the room was between 25 and 30 degrees despite an outside of temperature of 20 degrees and us opening the window during the day. My mattress was clearly old, I could feel it not being flat. The staff was rarely behind the desk but in their break room. We had to wait several minutes each time we needed to talk to them. They were however nice and effective.

Nothing really, only comment I will make is the first floor was out of use due to decorating, the small lift shouldn't really be a staff only lift, but I can't complain as they didn't mind when I used it.

Staff excellent, polite, treated me with respect, very helpful, soke good English, room very clean and tidy, nice garden in the hotel were you can sit out at night, breakfast had excellent choices. My room had a Nespress coffer maker in the room with stocks replaced every day, along with clean towels every day, hair dryer in the shower room. Room also had excellent WiFi signal and there was a nice big tv in my room, and last of all I was really surprised to find a shoe polishing machine with buffing wheels outside of my room. Rest assured I will be checking this hotel for vacancies again next year. Oh just to add it was nice that there was a small fridge in the room with a trust bar in it. They didn't even bother that I put my own drinks in that I had bought much cheaper from the supermarket.

I did not like the flight of stairs, as I had luggage to carry, no one there to help especially I have lower back pain. Because of this, I like the hotel, but I have to consider my physical disability.

Breakfast was good..like the potatoes, eggs, nepresso coffee machine, fruits, good selection of desserts also and breads and cheese and meats. My room was in a good quiet location, the fountain turned off in the night so I can sleep well.

Everything was just perfect. Location, room, breakfast and the staff was so kind and wonderful. I accidentally made a reservation for the spring of next 2025 year, but the hotel changed it for free. The Hotel Manager even arranged everything for me with the Booking.com people. I am so grateful to her.

Nothing, everything was great!

The property looks a lot better in reality than in the pictures! The breakfast was exceptional, a variety of breakfast foods, the pancakes were really great, good choice of drinks and it kept us full for a long time. The location is a bit further from the main stops, but there was a tram station close by that we used to get to all the locations. Friendly staff, regular cleaning of the room, comfortable bed, it was nice that we had the chance to make coffee and tea in the room for free. Thanks for the lovely stay!

There was nothing I did not like. If anything, the hotel was very helpful when we raised a lighting query with the original room - they simply moved us to another room, which, as the hotel mentioned and we came to realise, offered an even better view of the local Kinsky Gardens.

Giving feedback on Hotel Kinsky is a privilege. It is a beautiful hotel, the staff are fabulous. The breakfasts kept us going all through the day, they were so generous and filling. Location is brilliant - very close to public transport, and it is equally near to a Red Line Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop. There are many local shops from groceries to currency changers, restaurants and anything and everything you can think of, including a large Tesco in a shopping mall. It is fabulously placed, perfect as a starting point for Old Town, Castle and other points of interest thanks to the very close access to various trams.
