Our room was not ready in time although the staff helped us in the best way and we got other rooms instead

I really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms were clean, spacious and soundproof which is good if you’re a light sleeper. We enjoyed the breakfast! It offered various options. There are good options for public transportation as well

Breakfast was delicious but if compare to one of the other hotel where i stayed on my previous trip (same star) . They had more options and was also bigger and better arrangement and did not have two different zones for different Categories of Rooms. That i found a little too much.

The Location is a little bit far from Old Town so we had to use Taxis every time, but it's very cheap so it wasn't an issue.

Room was great and got upgraded for free! The view over Praha was amazing. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and had many towels. Staff is very friendly and very good in English. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. Open Buffet at night for a reasonable price was also very good.

Really like this hotel, fantastic location, the Metro is right outside the hotel. So hardy to go everywhere, not far from the central. Hotel is super clean, and staffs very helpful and friendly, we will be back this hotel for next visit. Highly recommended

When we pulled back the duvet cover the single sheet on the bed came down and all we saw was so much hair and a stain on the mattress. That made for a very uncomfortable experience. Went downstairs and got another sheet to place over it.

The staff was extremely friendly,. professional, and helpful! We enjoyed the hotels beauty, the room accommodations and the incredible breakfast.

The only thing to mention is that it is not close to the Old Town where most of the tourist activities are. The good news is there is a metro station right next to the hotel. It is about a 20 minute metro ride to most of the tourist sights.

An amazing grand staircase greets you as you walk into the lobby, complete with a pianist playing the Grand Piano. The restaurant here is of a high standard with excellent breakfast spreads. I also had a 3 course set dinner menu which was an incredible fine dining experience but still very affordable. The room was large and the bed comfortable, with a fully stocked mini bar. I was given a bottle of wine as a gift upon arrival.

I didn't like that there wasn't an iron in the room, but apparently there was a 'shared ironing room' on level 3. That's not ideal when deciding what to wear on an evening, it's just inconvenient.

This hotel is amazing! The location, metro & trams right outside. Buffet breakfast & evening meal was amazing, delicious food & great choices. Lovely touch with various pianists playing in the morning and evening. Attentive, polite staff. Will certainly stay again.

Alround excellent hotel. Five star comfort and service at a three star price. A Mozart themed hotel, which certainly appeals to a music lover like me, but irrespective of that, the high standards of this hotel (big beautiful rooms, furnishings, minibar, extensive breakfast choice) will satisfy most discerning travellers. Huge, well furnished rooms and bathrooms. Comprehensively stocked minibar. Good air con and reliable WiFi. Very extensive choice of buffet breakfast. Quality food. Located just four stops from the centre of Prague on Metro line A (Zelivskeho) it only takes about 5 - 8 minutes to be in the centre. For a hotel of this standard and quality the price is more than reasonable.
