Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThere is quite some noise from the main road close by. If you are used to sleeping with the window open, you should try to get a room at the rear.
Our room was very good (comfortable bed, kettle, etc.). Staff were very kind and attentive. The main attraction, however, is definitely the food. The restaurant is very good while moderately priced.

The location of the hotel. So close to everything: 20 min to Ski resort , 10 min Ostrov, Karlovy Vary 20 min, delicious restaurant 10 min. Free private parking. Extremely friendly personal and management of the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Thank you very much for hospitality! I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

GermanyBreakfast was poor and definitely no 4* standard. No fresh fruits, no veggies, no yoghurt. When asking we got promised a plant based milk alternative, but we didn’t get it. We paid extra for the sauna package. The humidity in the sauna was way too high, so that we couldn’t use it. The remote control of the whirlpool was broken so that it couldn’t be turned off. While it was running the whirlpool was very noisy. It was close to impossible to relax. When sharing that experience with the staff at the reception we only got a „so sorry.“
Rooms were properly equipped and clean. Friendly staff at the restaurant.

GermanyThe hotel room, location and facilities do not match the 4 stars or costly price tag. We stayed in a tiny room with shower (no bath). The spa facilities, which were one reason why we chose this place, cost extra and are not included in the cost of the room. The location is terrible: right next to a main road in a dark valley with no view or anything.
Great food and excellent restaurant staff.
