Shower did not have curtains and after a shower there was water all over the bathroom.

Location is central and safe, clean rooms, staff clean apartment trash and replace coffee and fresh towels every day. Utensils and kitchen equipment in great shape. Front desk staff very helpful with easy check in/ checkout.

The parking available for an extra fee is quite tight, especially if there are already other cars there. But at least it's guaranteed because the old town was quite full when we were there. The apartment is on the first floor, so if the windows are open there is a lot of noise (there is a terrace of an Italian restaurant) and people look inside a lot when they pass by, but the good thing is that if you close the window you can't hear almost anything from outside.

Very spacious rooms with high ceilings. All necessary equipment. There was also a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as laundry capsules. Also a coffee machine and available coffee capsules. Reception a few steps away. Very kind staff. Very close to the Charles Bridge.

We ran out of hot water the first day - not sure why because only my wife took a shower. The hosts were responsive and turned up the water heater and we never had another issue, though we were taking faster showers just in case.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good, it was quiet at night, and the place was very large.

I loved the great location of this property. We arrived late but the gentleman at reception waited for us to hand over the keys and show us our apartment. The apartment was clean, with comfortable beds and coffee machine.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous it offers you space comfort amenities and the location to all the places you need to visit in prague, and also the setting in front of the apartment is so chilled and relaxing with its gorgeous restaurants were you can sit and watch the world go by .I will definitely book here again when we visit prague.

Clean and spacious apartment with excellent location. We are family of five and there were plenty of room for all of us. Victor was very kind and helpful host, special thanks to him to make us feel very welcome. Apartment was cleaned daily which we appreciated a lot. All the main attractions are on the walking distance from the Betlem Prague Apartments, but the location is still quiet. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The receptionist walked us over to our apartment - even offered to help carry the luggage! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and very welcoming. We loved it here!

The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Charles Bridge and Old Town of Prague. All main attractions, pubs, bars and restaurants are within short walk. The apartment is big, very clean, and comfortable, has everything you need. The administration is friendly.

Small nitpicks, but when sofa is made into a bed there is no seating other than kitchen stools. Also, we only got one key for the four of us, but we didn’t ask for another - so that’s on us. Don’t let these stop you from staying here, it’s really wonderful.
