Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The location is top: walking distance from the train station in the pedestrian only center of Brno. On the main square at walking distance from all main attractions. Most of the staff members are very kind The hotel would benefit from some refurbishment and sheets that wrap around the mattress I witnessed a wonderful case of honesty: on my way out for a walk, I was passed by two members of the staff who then ran after a departing car. On their return I asked what had happened. They said that they had found a Euro 50 bill on the floor of the reception. They had succeeded in stopping the car and handing over the Euro 50 bill!!!! I was so impressed that I thanked them wholeheartedly for their honesty and gave them Euro 20 finders feeb

The best and the worst. The best view of all time from the balcony of 204. The worst of all time implementation of a shower in a bathtub. Overall a great place to stay when all is considered. The service and the breakfast are very good. They just need to work on the crazy shower setup.

The staff were absolutely lovely, the food in the restaurant was delicious and we even ordered room service that was efficient and tasty. The hotel is beautiful and the decoration style is a bit old fashioned but we thought it was charming. The location is great too right on a big market square. We stayed in the junior suite and it was lovely, comfortable and clean with a big king size bed. Would happily come back here!

United StatesSeems odd that in 2024 there aren't any USB ports available in the guest room. Also, the breakfast was great but for those used to breakfasts in high-end hotels, for some reason the breakfasts in Czech republic seem lacking. Sure, there are croissants being offered, but they are not the fluffy, flakey, buttery heavenly taste one associates with the actual French pastry (that, for the record, some bakeries around Brno offer). Minor quibble, overall. The staff made up for it!
The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, both at the front desk and at the restaurant where they serve breakfast. Natalia and Magdalena at the FD were wonderful. The property is furnished with high-quality art pieces.
