Lovely hotel, with large airy room, and large walk-in shower. We had a mini bar and safe and Ritual toiletries. There wa also tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water in the room. Breakfast was basic but ample. Our room had a good view overlooking the square with the revolving Kafla's Head and the hotel is close to both the old town and the new town, but is still reasonably quiet. It is also really close to a shopping mall, handy for provisions, toiletries and food outlets. The tram stop is a couple of minutes walk away, which takes you straight to the castle. The staff were really helpful and allowed us to book in early after an overnight journey to the UK airport. They also booked the taxi back to Prague airport for us. We would definitely stay there again due to its great location.

The carpet along the hallway can use a little upgrade

Great location as it is near a mall but also near to a lot of good restaurants. Facilities and cleanliness were very good also. The italian restaurant inside the hotel is excellent in their food and services. The staff were really helpful as well. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay!

The room temperature was too warm for sleeping (about 24.5 degrees) and we couldn’t turn it down as it was centrally controlled (despite there being individual temperature controls in the room).

We could have used a toothpaste in the bathroom as we forgot ours.

The location is great, the room was of a decent size, nice and simple design. The bed was comfortable. High ceilings, big oldschool windows, historical building. All very nicely done. We stayed on the 4th floor so it was quite high, I like it. The opposite building is some sort of school so on a Friday and Saturday no one was there. In the bathrooms they use Rituals shower gels and shampoos, which smell really nice.

The room let in a lot of light at night and the pillows could have been a little better. Small details that would bring the room closer to a five-star standard.

The room was quiet and the air conditioning was good and quiet. The bed was very large. The bathroom has a top level (spacious, good shower cabin and very good water temperature). The location was good - quiet street but just a few minutes from Wenceslau Square. Very close to the metro and supermarket. The breakfast was of great quality - the eggs were great. The breakfast staff was very friendly. Reception 24/7 it's important.

Nothing worth mentioning

The hôtel has just been renovated with good taste. The rooms (at least ours) are large enough and with high ceilings. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the location just perfect : close to metro and tram, walking distance from the old city. Breakfast was very good. On top the sculpture of the moving head of Frantz Kafka is just across the hotel.
