The staff (especially Nicole who was incredibly nice), very helpful and vey attentive to the guests' needs. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was good and I would recommend it. The location is absolutely fantastic, just in front of the metro (inside a lovely shopping centre) and 3min walk to Wenceslav Square. I would definitely using it again if I go back to Prague.

The room stayed a bit warm even after adjusting the thermostat but given the cooler outside weather we simply opened the window.

Breakfast was wonderful, great variety and lovely staff making coffees.

Lighting in the bathroom, not very good for removing contact lenses or doing make-up

I had an early flight when I checked out. I communicated this the evening before in order to receive a sandwich to go since I had to leave 30min before breakfast was served to the guests. I was told that I had to annouce this 24hrs before. On the morning of check-out I asked again if I can maybe at least get a croissant (this doesn't need any preparation) since I paid for breakfast. That wasn't possible either. A little bit of flexibility and customer oriented approach would be have been nice. Or maybe provide this information to the guests from the beginning, at check-in, I am sure there are plenty with early flights.

Excellent location, right in front to a shopping place where you can buy food, clothing and some other things. Just next to Kafka Head- creation by David Cerny.The rooms are clean and organized very good with many amenities, the shower is spoiling with a lot of space. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. The included breakfast was above average, and the coffee was amazing. The staff at the breakfast know how to do everything for us to feel welcome. The location was great, close to everything. For sure will be back, hopefully soon.

don’t recommend the small and standard room.

the ladies at frontdesk and breakfast kitchen are very friendly,much much much better than the staffs in GRANDIOR hotel(42 Na) not far away. the room is warm. only that my standard room is too small ,as showed 25 M2. breakfast is one of the best. during the 8days in Prague,I tried 6hotels ,this hotel breakfast quality is second to Hilton (usd30 per person in Hilton) but cheaper considering the price. but the room make me feel frustrated,not designed well. and the housekeeping is not good. the bottom side of the toilet seat is dirty and the bag of shower cap is TORN by previous guest,not change. and the bed light is not on,no one helps me ,finally,bymyself ,I found the bulb was turned loosen by someone. but again the ladies of the frontdesk and the ketches on 27-Nov. are very friendly and helpful ,thanks you.

Check out male staff member. Very accusing and rude.

Loved the room. Very clean. Very quiet at night. Until check out we were accused of using the mini bar which we didn't touch. The male at the reception desk was quite rude to us.

The curtains in our first room didn’t close properly which made the room quite bright in the morning but when we were moved rooms there was no issue with this!

Great location, staff were amazing and very accommodating! Rooms were very comfortable and the hotel itself was clean. We had a leak in our bathroom roof and we’re moved room within half an hour and it was no issue to the staff. They arranged our transport to airport for our flight home and prepared us breakfast to take with us.
