Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThe room wasn't arranged as I booked it but the receptionist managed to fix that relatively quickly. Generally, everything was fine and pretty clean except for the toilet!!! A paper band saying "Disinfected" doesn't make the toilet disinfected!! When I raised the seat cover there were spots, a mess inside and what looked like pubic hair or eyelash on the seat, obviously, the toilet was not cleaned or it was used after cleaning ... that's quite disgusting and I really do not find that acceptable!!!!

United StatesFacilities are on the older side, but you will still get a good night sleep.
For the price, it was perfect! Everything in the area closes early, so keep that in mind when wanting to have a late dinner. As far as value, it's a perfect place to stay 1 or maybe even 2 nights. Rooms were big and comfortable. There is parking in the street. The staff was supper friendly. Breakfast was really good too!

United KingdomThe noise my next door quest was making but no complaints about the actual hotel.
I booked this hotel as an emergency due to complications with my original accommodation and I couldn't be happier with it. Appart from next door guests who kept slamming their door at night there wasn't anything to complain about. In fact it was exactly what we needed. Central location, spacious and clean room and friendly staff. Hotel is quite basic with no kettle in the room unless you pay for a superiour room but any drink available at the reception 24/7. You are about 10 minutes walk from the town centre where you get anything you like. Nice variety for breakfast savory and sweet. We had a lot of Christmas cookies on offer as we stayed during the festive season. As a former Brno citizen I can confirm that the location is quite safe which is very important to me as I always travel with my daughter.

This was our second visit and we actually got the same room, which was very nice. Room was comfy, well soundproofed and clean. Breakfast was great, with good selection of various meals. Location is perfect for making trips to the city center.

Czech RepublicThere was no bottled water available although the tap water tasted pretty bad. We also missed tissues. We found the shower in the bath tub rather inconvenient. I hit the corner of the bed twice because it was sticking out being a bit too big for the mattrace.
The location was excellent for us as we could walk easily to Tugendhat Villa as well as the city centre.
